The only one thing that I didn’t like it, it was that i could let the food in the room because are a lot of ants, full… this was a disappointment

The soundproofing is poor.

A wonderful place for a weekend in Rome. Just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. They prepared our room before the official check-in time. P.s. Towel swans are a very sweet touch.

There wasn't all the facilities in the room, for example if you need an iron you have to take from the corridor, but what if another guest is already using it. They change the towels and bed sheets but I didn't notice that the floor is cleaned as well.

There was no lift so If you have a big luggage it mught be a problem to take it to the 3ed floor. The check-in process is described well, I didnt face any problems all instructions were clear. They are responsive when you text regardng any questions or issues.

Not accessible to handicapped people (3 flights of stairs) Rooms were not very well isolated I could hear very well my neighbours and the staff in the morning unfortunately

The lift was out of order when we were there. If this was functional, it would have been helpful to move the luggage up many flights of stairs.

The location was unbeatable. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was responsive and friendly, and left us a thoughtful set-up for our anniversary.

Small shower, no conditioner

Great communication. Malina was extremely helpful. Location was absolutely perfect. Piazza della Madonna de Monti is right outside and is the heart of the neighborhood. There are many great options for food, wine, cocktails, coffee, dessert and sightseeing within walking distance. The colosseum just down the street and in sight as soon as you walk out. The Forum is in sight a block away at Via Cavour.

There was no elevator ( the room is on the 3rd floor) The pillow was dirty The bed was not comfortable, even though we asked for a double bed, it was a joint twin mattress. It’s not worth the money, we paid 340 EUR for 2 nights and the only valuable thing was the location.

The only down fall to this property was there is no lift and therefore staying in Rome for a while we had a suitcase and had to carry it up and down 3 flights of stairs.

The location of this property was super! It’s very close to Cavour on line B! It is also only a 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and a 20 minute walk to Trevi fountain and the main square of restaurants/shops!

A little bit noisy in the mornings. I was not sure if They were staff or other guests talking on the phone. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable for those with back pain, like me.

The location was great! It was very close to the Colosseo. Staff very helpful by messages and allowed me to do my check in earlier. I would come back for sure!

The hotel was at the top of three flights of steep, winding staircase. Which was extremely challenging with heavy suitcases, even for someone who is reasonably fit. There was a small elevator, but it was only for residential use. The bed mattress was oversized for the small double bed frame, which made it difficult to sleep on without rolling off the bed and waking up hanging over the edge or almost on the floor.

The location was excellent and although small, the room was clean and tidy.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked being greeted with a bottle of wine and good coffee. Staff was very helpful. Very close to Colusseum and restaurants, Metro convenient.

Little bit noisy. Could hear the hostess on the phone, in the morning. But for the price and service we cannot complain!!! At all!!! The bathroom was a bit damp, but the airco had a function to regulate it.

Good location very close to the Colosseum. The room looks slightly old but besides that, the room is good-clean and has all the needed. The host was very nice and available on whatsup to our needs. For one night it was good.
