I can’t say this is related to the property but I find it difficult sometimes to adapt to a mattress and pillows apart from mine. it is good to check prior that there is no elevator. it was not a problem for me as it was only third floor but maybe for some it may.

the location is perfect. the colosseo is just down the street. the staff very supportive and they also booked the taxi for us both ways and made sure to send us very clear instructions on how to access the building. the apartment was very clean and the ceiling of our room was old style and a grace to look at. We had coffe two capsules by the bed (very thoughtful) but unfortunately did not get to use them as we wanted to try out the bars. the lighting of the room was cosy.

Smell in the bathroom. Safe didnt work. Dont leave your documents or staff in the room. Cleaning is provided when you are away. I believ there is no guarantee. Overall it was clean, but not new at all. Quite used facikities. Importantly Its a 3 floor. Be perpared to take steepe stair steps in a tiny hall. One thing I didnt like at all was the room arrangement and the way they handled it. We came to check in late. Around 23.40 PM. The instruction sent clearly stated the rooms names. We could not access one of the rooms as it was closed. In fact some one was in there and didnt want to open it. As we were tired from the flight it was not a good experience to handle late at night. Eventually we got in touch with the staff. They said if was their staff error and we have other room. No appology. I hope they can improve that. The rest was smooth and good.

Location is excellent. 5 min walk from the colesseum. Groceries and restaurants all nearby 2-5 min walk. Easy access. Easy to find. Good communication and instructions. Overall acceptable. But I would prefer to stay in a more convinient place next time. Even if its distant from the center. Taxis cost 15 EuR in average. You will still need to take this.

The cleaning staff was very noisy already in the early morning (7:30-8 pm). Besides, they had children with them, playing around in the corridor. This inconvenience made the overall evaluation of our stay below average.

The room is positioned in the middle of the city center and is rented at an affordable price.

There was no elevator, and the stairs were very narrow, making it a bit challenging to carry luggage, but this was expected in an old building.

Amazing location! Situated on a street leading to the Colosseum, just a 7 to 8-minute walk away, and even visible from the street. Conveniently close to the metro and centrally located near major attractions. To top it off, there was even a wine bottle waiting for us inside! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the interior was wonderfully cozy.

The walls are very thin so you have to remain very quiet and it can also get a bit noisy with people coming and going.

The location was unreal. Walking distance to many landmarks with the Colosseum at the end of the street. Our host was also amazing, she stayed up until 10pm to assist us when our lost baggage was dropped off and the rooms were cleaned daily.

This is practically an apartment divided into four small bedrooms with a bathroom each, pretty much Soviet style renovation. They don’t provide you with the keys to the apartment, only for your room. To enter the apartment, there is one key in the lockbox by the front door, so you have to open it every time you get to your room, and leave it there for all other guests. Noise and light isolation is poor, so you can hear receptionist talking, cleaning lady cleaning, other guests coming and going, doors being unlocked and doors open and shut. You can see the lights in the hallway through cracks under the door and scratched paint on the glass dividing your room from the rest of the apartment. Noise from the A/C was unbearable, like having a tractor in your bedroom, yet it was too hot sleeping without air conditioning, so we didn’t get much sleep during our stay. This is a € 100 per night accommodation, and even this is a stretch. For more than € 260 per night (in October), this place is way overpriced for what it offers.

Location is great. Most attractions are walking distance away. Hosts are very accommodating. Cleanliness is on top.

Unfortunately in the building there was an issue with the water pipes and we were without watter for almost 2 days. The 2nd night we tried to reach out to the company's main chat using the WhatsApp number in their website but nobody answered, they should have support for this kind of emergencies, communication is very important. The person at the front desk gave us bottled watter the next day so we were able to get ready for the day and our flight. She was very empathetic and kind, we truly appreciate her support. The only thing we would change about the room are the pillows, they were too soft and didn't give enough support, we were able to arrange them with the sofa cushions and had a good night sleep.

Amazing location, we were able to walk everywhere or take public transport. The neighborhood has many great places to eat and hang around. The room was beautiful and clean. The security in the building and the guest house are very good, with digital password, security doors, windows and cameras.

Not much really, it would have been nice not to have to climb sixty steps to get to the room but they can’t do anything about that. Maybe they could negotiate getting the lift working ? This was all known prior to booking so not a shock just a struggle for older legs. We were travelling light so not a big problem for us but I can fully understand those travelling with suitcases being a bit miffed.

Exceptional location, warm welcoming staff, good air con, plenty of towels, good communications prior to arrival, walkable from the Termini, easy to retreat to when it’s gets too hot to be out. We were there in a heatwave and it’s madness to be out at the peak of the day so to be able to retreat and save your legs for the evening when it’s cooler. Nice popular restaurant nearby.

Rooms are not like pictures. Cleaning ladies cleaning other rooms and playing music around 7 am. You only get coffee the first day.
