Location was great, host was great. We had issue with shower but it was fixed day after. In general seems that accommodation in Naples is not on very high level. The biggest issue is the fact that sound isolation between rooms is almost does not exist. Cupboard was placed in place where room door was used to be and you feel like someone is in the room.

Not much to say here! I found some of the communication was confusing, and I wish there had been more instructions about how to set up the heat and such. We had a few problems with the wifi, and hot water, but they ended up getting fixed within an hour, which was great! So yeah, other than that, the stay was lovely 😊

Bed was nice and comfortable, and there was lots of space for us to put our luggage/suitcases. The coffee in the morning was delicious, and I could tell that the host really tried their best to be accommodating, which we really appreciated. The host let us stay much past the check-out time for free of charge!! (which was really amazing because I hadn't been feeling well day.)

I wasn’t aware of the stairs. If you have heavy luggages, be prepared to climb two sets of stairs. Luckily for me, the owner was there to help me up the stairs with my luggage. He was very hospitable.

It was clean and centrally located with a variety of restaurants in its surroundings.

There is no lift. Since it is a sub-divided unit (3 units in total) inside an apartment, I can heard the conversation next room.

Although it is an old building, the room is refurbished and looks new. There is a cafe downstairs that is convenient.

Very friendly owners and a clean room. The location of the property is really good and you can reach the stations for public transfer in a few minutes. Also many restaurants and places to visit you can reach inside minutes by walking.

Since this is a new property, we were informed at check in that it was cash only. The booking listed that no cash was accepted, so it was quite a surprise. We did not travel with much cash as we rely on our credit card for safety reasons. Our room (#3)overlooked a very busy street. Traffic was clearly heard at all hours.

The property was very clean and new. We enjoyed being within a 15 min walk of the main train station and the ports to catch the ferry to Capri. Host was very responsive on WhatsApp. Included breakfast (coffee and croissant) was available at the cafe downstairs each morning. The staff at the cafe were very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed it very much!

The downside of such a central location, on the main avenue opposite the university, is that there is a lot of traffic noise. The upside is that everything is within walking distance.

Newly renovated, clean room in an excellent location for exploring the city. The owners arranged pick up from and to the airport and kindly allowed us a late check out. Always available for our needs.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes in a semi-alley to be let in. When the host showed up she barely acknowledged us. The shower head fell off as soon as I turned it on. Probably loose from everyone adjusting it to deflect the water away while getting it hot. We were given breakfast coupons for a nearby coffee shop that we were told would be open so we could go there at 8am before our 9am ride to the airport. It wasn’t open until almost 8:30. We needed a key to get out which makes it a little awkward to leave the key in the room. The toilets in both rooms barely flushed. Unlike every other hotel/Airbnb we stayed in for 7 days the host did NOT make copies of our passports for the local police but she did collect the 12 euro city tax… which likely went into her pocket. Also… it should have been mentioned in the booking that the city tax had to be paid in cash. This was the last night of our stay and we were lucky to have just enough cash to cover it.

Antonio the host was very kind and helpful. He called a taxi in a short time before Napoli-Juve. The room is new and comfy, location is perfect. Breakfast is coffee/croissant combo was ok. Absolutely recommended, we'll be back!
