We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe stayed at Hub Navona and were very impressed by the staff—they were excellent, incredibly helpful, informative, and provided great service throughout our stay. The location is also a major plus—right in the heart of Rome, within easy walking distance to all the major sightseeing spots and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. However, the property itself lacks some facilities. Breakfast is served in the room, which is convenient, but there’s no dedicated dining area. Only one room has a view; the rest face a rather unappealing courtyard, so the small windows tend to stay closed, making the rooms feel dark and a bit dingy. The interiors are also quite outdated and could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good option if you value location and service over style and amenities.

GreeceOur room was not the one with the balcony. Maybe this is the only room spacious enough, as the faulse impression you get when you see the images on the website. Instead,. It had 2 windows located at the back part of the building that had smells from cuisines so that we couldn't get fresh air at all. It was also small and narrow .

United KingdomI didn’t like the mattress protector. It made a rustling noise under the sheet. Perhaps a more fabric based one- this one reminded me of one I put on my sons bed when I was toilet training.
Fantastic location close to Piazza Navano. Loads of restaurants and eating places nearby. All main attractions 30 min walk in any direction. Place was clean and tidy and staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly, we got early so we left our things and they cleaned our room and moved all the luggage inside. They gave us great tips where to go in the city and arranged all of our transportation. The room itself was relatively small (but that's what we expected) and the bathroom & shower worked great and there was always hot water. The location is 1 minute from Navona Square, walking distance from the Pantheon and about 10 min away from Trevi Fountain.

CanadaI would change only two small things regarding the room amenities… we would have liked a coffee maker in the room for our early mornings, and movies on the tv would have been nice for our down time. Neither was a big deal though. There was one MAJOR disappointment however, having nothing to do with the property or its staff, so not Hub Navona’s fault. We were looking forward to enjoying sitting out on the balcony on Piazza Navona with a glass of wine in the evenings. Unfortunately, their "Christmas market" was still running, which did not consist of artisans selling authentic items, but rather junk souvenir vendors and carnival stalls with loudspeakers blaring from 10am to 11pm or later every day. The atmosphere of the piazza was completely destroyed. The balcony became unusable. I will not stay near this piazza again at Christmas time. Very disappointed with the city. Again, I stress that this isn’t the property’s fault, just a warning for anyone hoping to stay here at Christmas.
The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The bed was a novelty that we expected would be uncomfortable, but it was actually very comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, with varied options and great service. We felt pampered, which was lovely.

United KingdomThe location is perfect, just round the corner from Plaza Navona, completely surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance from many facilities. The accommodation was first class, very stylish and had absolutely everything you could want. The host was amazing, very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage with her for the day . I would really recommend this place and will certainly book it again when I next come to Rome.
