It was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The property was in a good area close to main landmarks. There is a public parking behind the building. We felt safe. Perfect value for money.

Just a note on the shower handle as it was kind of broken, but it was not a big issue. Also the first night we arrived the 2 of us took a shower and the hot water was finishing.

Very confortable room and bed, and great location in Siracusa, next to main street with shops and coffees, great restaurants atmosphere within 5-10min and 10min walking from Ortigia. The hosts were really nice welcoming us and giving suggestions for our stay.

Easy walk from the train & easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Daniele met us on site & was very welcoming, then sent tips for coffee restaurants & beaches to visit. ‘Milk Coffee’ across the road for great coffee.

We had two rooms, but both beds were unfortunately uncomfortable. In one room, shower head was broken and there was not enough hot water, but for a short stay this is really minor discomfort.

It was in a great location a short walk to Ortigia and similarly to the archaeological sites in the opposite direction. Really nice, spacious and reasonably new apartment with good security. Daniele was a great host and the rooms are cleaned every day. Had small balcony with no views

There was a problem with the bath siphon. It was stuck so the douche cabin was full of water after use.

Nice and clean room with very comfortable bed. The location is very good - near to Ortigia (around 10 min walking) and also there is a paid parking very close to the building (there's also some free parking spots in the area). Valentina and Daniele are very nice hosts and the communication was great!

The location and room was ideal for our short stay. Danielle was extremely helpful with travel plans to the old town and the the ancient Greek Theater, its a must see.

Great location. Short walk to both Ortigia and Parco Archeologico. Very close to the train station. Restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Nice, spacious, clean, newly renovated room. Balcony with a small table. Coffee, tea and water in the room. Very nice and friendly hosts.

The room was right at the entrance as the first room on entry at the facility. This meant hearing all people coming and going through the main door to the property. A little close to the main street makes it little noisy for sleeping in, but it's quiet enough during core sleeping hours. Toilet flush is a pull from the ceiling, which was fine for me but could be a challenge for others from an accessibility standpoint. No breakfast. Note: Many places in this area did not include breakfast or had an arrangement with a local cafe.

The location was a short walk to the train station, historical area, archeological area, and restaurants. The communication with the property was good in advance of arrival, and they had both Italian and English communication contact details in case any assistance was needed during the stay. Wifi did not work on the first day, but was good on subsequent days (3 nights total). The furnishings and bath fixtures were very nice. Great shower. I appreciated having a balcony to open for fresh air and to sit outside for a snack. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Coffee / tea and water in the room was great. It was reasonably quiet for sleeping. Good blackout / dark curtains for sleeping.
