Parking is about 600m on the street. We were lucky that there was plenty of spaces to park when we got there. If we had been carrying a lot of luggage, it could’ve been difficult. The property will get you a ZTL pass to drive to the hotel and drop your stuff, though. All of Siena’s city center is this way, as well.

This property has an excellent location, within walking distance of the Palazzo Pubblico, restaurants, Duomo di Siena, shopping and everything you want to see and do in Siena

Beautiful property that felt like coming home. Beautiful traditional feel and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounds of Sienna. We were also lucky enough to receive an upgrade and our stay was made even more special because of this. Luigi and his family were super helpful and it’s somewhere where you’d love to go back to.

we had a great stay at the hotel. clean and quiet rooms in the center of the old town. the staff / the owners are really nice and welcoming. They organised and reserved our dinner reservations and gave us many good information/ advise for things to do / places to go.

The ceilings are high and in the cold night we stayed it was difficult to get the room really warm.

The room was lovely and roomy and had an authenticity which was charming. They had the option of a breakfast basket which had a lot of variety and made it easy to get on with the day. The host who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

It was quiet and close to all attractions. The hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was really good just enough selections plus it was delivered to our room in a cute wooden box. It was nice not having to get dressed. Loved the sunset over Siena experience.

Rooms are very small and cramped. The bathroom was in so-so condition and really needs renovation. Given the condition of the guestrooms, it is little overpriced for what you get.

Great location in town. The location is easy to reach by car, with extremely convenient valet parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is an excellent place for a sun-setter cocktail.

The lift is a bit slow, but it is an extremely minor issue that doesn't really warrant mentioning!

We were offered a sunset drink and snacks on the rooftop where were impressed by the view as well as the Tuscany sunset. We also had breakfast on the 4th or top floor overlooking Siena which was also great. Wonderful, friendly staff.

Only slight niggle was the wifi did not reach all through the room but strong enough by the shower!

The location was perfect, close enough to the action to walk but far enough away for it to be nice and quiet. The breakfast delivery to the room was great and very flexible , the coffee was superb, and the amount of food kept us going until the evening. The Queen's room as lovely, the bed very comfortable, the shower hot and a good pressure. it was all cleaned daily and of course the view to wake up made it extra special. Take the chance to have the drinks on their rooftop terrace - especially on a good sunset night - unforgettable - thank you.

We actually liked everything and give this place our highest overall marks of any accommodation over our 23 day trip.

We loved Sienna and this property deserves lots of the credit. Located 3-4 minutes away from the heart of the action, this historical place was comfortable, quiet, classy, and well priced. The staff, especially Eleanora and Gazzeh and even the second or third generation owner who lives here, could not have been more delightful, caring, and informative. Ask any question or for help…. your expectations will be far exceeded every time! In our travels, we rarely stay three nights at anyone location… we happily would have stayed here for four.

We had a great stay for the night. The staff were very friendly, the room was modern and clean with breathtaking views of Siena that were only bettered by the views from the rooftop area. Wonderful value for money and I would recommend to anyone planning a visit. The breakfast basket in the morning was the icing on the cake. Great job and thank you, we found a little gem..! 👏😊
