It's not really a b and b in the sense I understand, just a collection of rooms in a building with breakfast in a local café. Not a problem, but worth noting It's in a slightly tatty building (although the floor with the rooms is smart)

Was incredibly close to the train station. The interior was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The windows were amazing at blocking out the busy street noise outside. Andre was a great host, he recommend great restaurants and booked us a taxi for our early morning departure to the airport.

While the location was convenient for travel, being close to the train station, it’s not the kind of area where you’d want to spend much time. It felt dirty, smelly, and a bit unsafe. However, stepping into the apartment was like entering a whole different world—it was a pleasant surprise! 😊

We really loved the room—everything was new, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The breakfast at the nearby café was a great way to start the day. The host was incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed and even arranging to store our luggage until the afternoon after check-out, which we truly appreciated.

• Great bedroom and bathroom, modern space, clean, with many amenities for a comfortable stay. The room was also soundproof, which offered us a good sleep, free of the busy street’s noises during night. • The location is also ideal, because the accommodation was proximal to the railway station, the subway and the airport shuttle bus stop. • Easy check-in. Andrea was responsive the entire time during our arrival day and was present at the place to introduce us to the apartment. • Although the area seems a bit declined and unsafe at night, the building and the apartment offered security, with electronic locks on both doors. Wish I have made a reservation for this accommodation also for my 1st day in Napoli. I chose a room to the adjacent city block and it was nowhere close to this accommodation’s facilities and amenities. I highly recommend this one. Good value for money.

Andrea was very detailed with his instructions on how to check in and made sure that i got all the info necessary by reaching out to me personnally before my arrival (even recorded instructional videos about the room and how to get to it). He remains very responsive throughout my stay and provided lots of excellent recommendations for the city. He also kindly stored my luggage for me for the next 4 days after i checked out. I am very thankful for his effort in going above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. I was impressed with the room itself, it has everything, and the location are just across the street from the main station which makes it convenient. It is right by a very busy street with a lot of traffic noise but, the room managed to block 99% of all the noises outside it is amazing.

The street itself was a bit grubby and we were nearly pickpocketed! Just be aware of your surroundings.

Great room - new, modern, quiet, dark and comfortable. Very secure inside with electronic locks etc. Outstanding attention from the host who provided prompt, numerous and very detailed instructions, information and recommendations for restaurants. Easy walking to station and restaurants and breakfast. And breakfast was delicious.

A clean, basic functional room that is in a convenient location for exploring Naples. Hosts are kind and responsive. Breakfast is a coupon for a nearby cafe with good Italian coffee and traditional Neopolitan pastries.

A quiet haven amongst the noise and bustle of Naples. The outside noise was blocked out and after being out all day, it was nice to have peace and quiet.

Area seemed ropey although we walked past the b and b and the locals were very helpful

Host was really friendly and helpful, he met us at the time we stated and showed us to our room also gave us recommendations for restaurants. When you walked in the lobby it smelt lovely.Room was comfortable, clean and like new. Great facilities air con was excellent, coffee machine, kettle and water in the fridge. The host has thought of everything even charges for your phone. Great location for the train station a few minutes walk. Lovely cafe to have your morning coffee and pastry which is included. Toiletries, towels and hairdryer were handy. You get better facilities here than 4 star hotels in Sorrento for the money you cannot find better. I would highly recommend.

The Breakfast was a coffee and a basic Sfogliatelle, That can be improved. Its in a very good cafe though. The snack was too small to be called a breakfast.

The room is in excellent location. Neat, tidy and safe. fully furnished with air con, fridge and safe vault. Really amazed that very small things like cables for mobile charging and cork screws for wine bottles were kept in the room. These are small things but show that the host has thought of the occupants. The room was nice and tidy and well maintained.

The area near the train station in Naples is dirty and run down. But it a convenient stopover. The building is undergoing renovations. We arrived late and left early so I don't know if they would be disruptive.

This is very small place with just 4 rooms. The room was very modern with an excellent shower very comfortable bed and linens. Host provided detailed self-check in instructions which were great for our late arrival.
