We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsHotels still do not understand that good internet is more important than breakfast for guests. The internet at IBIS was lousy! Had to login a million times and in the end I gave up.
The key did not work, so I asked for a new one. The first lady at the reception reprogrammed the key, but from experience this does not always work. It was close to 2300 hrs and did not want to go up and down too many times. So I asked for a new keycard. Immediately the other lady at the reception made a new card and she took a machine to, if needed, reprogram the door lock. This was not necessary, but nice to see that the problem was taken seriouslu

NetherlandsIf you do not have a car, don’t stay here. The entrance to the hotel can only be through the car park 😂 I wouldn’t stay here again if I came to Como.
