We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was literally a 5 min walk from my train. The room was nice, clean and the bed was super comfy! The hotel was also right by the metro station so that made travel in Milan super easy and quick.

TaiwanStrange smell in the hallway from out of elevtor to the way all the way so that i need to walk fast. The DND sign and be only set ehen the room key was put inside the socket. When u take out the keu and leave the room, there is no paper sign for hanging up outside the door.
Staffs were great and friendly. Very easy accesss to the station and metro in just few min walk. Bathroom is very new and clean.

United StatesThe noise: and this depends on whether you have considerate or inconsiderate guests. The doors have a tendency to slam, and when they slam, the walls rattle and shake. My first room was surrounded by inconsiderate people; the second room was fine: the staff accommodated my request to change, and that solved the problem. Also, the place is beginning to experience some wear.
The location and staff, from front desk to cleaning, was great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large, clean.

I would turn it down to make it cooler because the room was on the warmer side, but it would jump back up to a set temperature. maybe i was just doing it wrong. it was not a big deal , i ended up sleeping with the window open and i was comfortable.
needed a room to stay in pretty quickly and this hotel stood out to me more than the others . I booked it at a very fair price on kind of a short notice . I got what i paid for. I loved it , the room was modern and cozy. If im ever back in Milan and need a place to stay, i will choose this place again ! :)

BelgiumTV and telephone did not work in the room, reported to reception and they immediately sent a technician. He clearly did not know what the problem was and would return after a few minutes, as I saw from his look i did not see the technician again. You could not adjust the heating and we reported this to reception, they could operate it from there by entering my room number but this did not work either = slept with a child in the room 26 degrees in the room. We remove to another hotel.
The hotel is very clean which is very important to us. The staff is also very friendly and helpful also the technician who did not show up after he told me to come back very was friendly. As advice I can give you to always book 1 night in a hotel first and if it is not good you can always move without incurring extra costs.
