The location of hotel is excellent, just 3-4 min from Milano central FS. All of staffs are nice and warmly, they will answer all the questions~The room is very clean and cozy quiet. The most pleasantly surprised is that TV has a lot of channel and you could find your country channel~ All in all, everything is very excellent ~

Great location, few minutes walk from Milan Centrale train station and well connected with metro lines for exploring the city (or an easy 30 mins walk to the Duomo). Everyone is very friendly who works there. We arrived early (7am) having taken the night train from Lecce. The hotel stored our luggage and put us on priority early check-in, so we could access our room at 11am to freshen up after such a long journey. The breakfast (€15pp) was great value - a range of hot and cold items and coffee made to order. The room was spacious and very clean. A perfect base for exploring Milan. We will definitely be back.

everything was beautiful and spotlessly clean! the reception was at our disposal 24/7 and willingly helped us with anything we asked for! the room was immaculate and the person who cleaned it was kind! (we snored soy sauce on the bed and asked him to bed sheets and he treated us with a smile) I will definitely visit this hotel again as I love Italy

This hotel is very beautiful. It’s located right opposite to the Central station which was so helpful to travel around the city. I was also given a free room upgrade which I wasn’t expecting and I was extremely grateful. I stayed on the 8th floor and my room was some stunning views. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. I only stayed for one night but I throughly enjoyed my stay and I will stay here again when I am next in Milan. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had to call reception who gave us a handheld steamer which didn't work. Also, tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated.
The bathroom was gorgeous! The room was a very good size. I really liked the tinted windows.
