We had a fantastic time. It is really a little paradise. Daniel and his wife were so kind and helped us with all questions and even supported in booking a "slot" at one of the beautiful beaches. They are among the best hosts I have experienced for many years. The sand beaches are just 20-30 minutes by car and the area itself is so beautiful. The flat is perfectly equipped, very clean and the pool is definitively a super bonus. Our kids, of course, loved it. We will for sure come back to this beautiful place on our next trip to Italy.

    The mosquitoes

We stayed in this cottage for 10 days with 2 adults and 2 children. It was a very enjoyable experience in a beautiful house with all amenities. The view of the mountains was indescribable. We enjoyed it. It was hot during our stay (32 to 34 degrees), but the house remained quite cool. The pool was also great for the kids while we enjoyed the sun (sometimes we had trouble with mosquitoes, but with a good mosquito spray, they stayed away). The landlords are pleasant people who are always ready to help. Thank you!

This is probably nitpicking, as this probably for all roads in the area (it was our first time in Tuscany :)) but the road to the place is fairly challenging at first: it goes steeply up/down hill and doesn't leave much space for cars to pass each other. However, it's something you get used to after a couple of drives. As a tip: don't follow the shortest/fastest recommendation in the GPS as that road is not for the faint of heart, but take the slightly longer route from Seravezza through Giustagnana and Minazzana instead, which is a little easier. Also, instead of using the small parking next to the house on Via Stardone, we found it easier to use the larger parking a bit downhill, from where you can reach the house on foot as well in a couple of minutes.

The host is very friendly and communicative, although he didn't speak much English, but we managed :) The property was very clean and has everything one needs: a large gas stove, an oven, a dish washer, a washing machine, a grill in the garden, etc. Just make sure you do a little bit of shopping before you arrive for basics like coffee, salt, pepper, charcoal if you want to grill, etc. The place itself is very spacious with 2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, a dining area, a large salon and nice terrace with view on the garden and mountains. The location is awesome with a spectacular view on the mountains, the area is also super quiet. There's a bell tower close but it's not disturbing.

Minor stuff indeed. Rooms are acoustically quite connected (if guests do not share same sleep habits it may be relevant). During a cold winter stay, heating bill may get expensive.

Very cozy and full of furniture details. Well equipped. Attentive hosts. Quiet, the bell tower nearby do not disturb much. Nice garden: best in warm weather to live it and the little pool.
