Stefano was the sweetest and most helpful host we had during our time in Italy. From the very first encounter, he made us feel super welcome. Needless to say, the place looks amazing; very clean, nice ac, enough spots where to park for free, and a lovely and very filling breakfast. We fully recommend it!

We were a little further out of Siena than expected. The roads are narrow and windy and I would not recommend driving them after a few glasses of wine in the evening. The breakfast was basic compared to other places we stayed but was fine to start our day.

The room is renovated and had a lot of character. The breakfast room was on the main floor and our room was up a narrow, steep staircase but the owner was kind enough to carry my bag up for me. The owner made a great recommendation for dinner in Siena and we actually ended up eating there 2 nights in a row.

After a busy week we just wanted to chill and relax. We did this by having time to relax by the pool and on our balcony. More importantly Stefano was an outstanding host and he did everything for us including collecting pizza from the local pizzeria.

After a few days in Florence this was so relaxing. Though you are a bit outside of Siena, there are plenty of buses running to the city or it’s a short drive. Stefano was super helpful and friendly. And the swimming pool after walking around Siena was perfect. The scenery of Tuscany on the way to and from Siena city centre is unbeatable.

Our sleep was disrupted during our first night by a student party that lasted late into the night, apparently a regular occurrence every Saturday during the summer.

A great place located just a 15-minute drive from the heart of Siena. The room was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Italian-style breakfast was great. Stefano, the owner, was very hospitable and professional.

The property is only reachable with a rental car and there are no restaurants within walking distance.

Stefano went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. There is private parking on site, an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool to spend time outside. The breakfast was lovely and thoughtful (even including gluten free options). The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, which made our stay even more comfortable. Stefano even made a reservation at a restaurant for us when we arrived later than expected. Stefano goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The smell of cigarette smoke is strong in common territory of the house. Apparently it is allowed to smoke inside (which was unpleasant for us as for non-smoking people). We stayed on a second floor, and hardly could use WiFi, maybe signal extender/router can be a good idea.

Nice territory, clean room. Very hospitable owner Stefano. Breakfast was nice (only sweet stuff though, if you want savoury breakfast-it’s for extra charge).

Host went out of his way to help us. We fell ill, and he arranged doctor appointments for us, and checked in on us to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. Excellent service.

Beautiful place, the only one we have found on our Tuscany trip where you can close the windows fully to not let any light in. Stefano is great, grazie per tutti!

The property was amazing! Beautiful farmhouse about 10 minutes away from Siena. Stefano was very welcoming and helpful. He always offered me coffee (and breakfast) in the morning and gave me some tips on the way out the door. The couple also has two super cute Australian Shepherds. Comfortable room, free Wi-Fi, all the amenities of a hotel.

Nothing, it was a 10/10 experience!

Our stay at Il Pozzo Di Sant’Andrea was absolutely amazing! The place was beautiful, the rooms spacious and clean ; It’s the first time we’ve felt at home, thanks to our amazing host Stefano! He was so welcoming, helped us with our bags on arrival and made us so comfortable. He made our stay absolutely perfect and the breakfast was delicious and generous! If you visit Sienna, you need to book at Il Pozzo. Thank you Stefano!

We were immediately met by Stefano who made sure that we understood everything about the property and our room. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang clothes. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and there was a generous choice of food. We were happy to have the car parked safely inside the property and protected with an electric gate.
