Room was a little on the small side. On our stay, there was another group staying in the next rooms who talked very loudly and made a lot of noise at night and early in the morning.

Breakfast was great. It was served by Georgia who was charming.

Very good location. Walking distance to all main sights. Nice and quiet at night. Nice breakfast (not just sweets), excellent cappucino! Very dear and helpful hosts! Both Vicenzo and young lady that serves breakfast.

A little thing for us, but it might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. There are several steps into the property, and I couldn't see an alternative way to we get in this was prior to access to lifts.

The rooms were clean and bright. The staff there were fantastic. A special shout out to Georgia, who was very welcoming and helpful. The property was very well situated, most of our sightseeing was done on foot.

Georgia was amazing, every morning she was waiting people for breakfast with a polite attitude! Breakfast was very good, better than in many hotels I have been! Fresh, local products and very diversify!

The facade of the building is being reconstructed and there was some noise in the morning, but Vincenzo called the construction company not to start soon in the morning and the workers tried not to make noise. We were also compensated for this discomfort.

The whole place was really nice, the staff was very caring, everyone tried to make us feel comfortable. There was everything in the room that we could need- even a coffee machine and we found new bottles of water in the fridge. We also got a welcome present, a small bottle of wine and a very nice coffee. Breakfast was also amazing, the lady prepared everything that we wanted.

There's one drawback that, unfortunately, the hotel can't control, but I should mention it. The building's facade is under renovation, so the balcony is partially obstructed. However, they informed us about this right away. Thanks!

A cozy boutique hotel with an excellent location, right next to the Politeama Theatre! The small, comfortable room had everything we needed, including a stylish bathroom. The room came with slippers, towels, shower gel, soap, as well as a coffee machine, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, water, and the nicest touch — champagne! I want to give a special thanks to Georgia for her care and assistance. She had a map prepared with all the local attractions and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. Georgia was a delight to talk to! Before our arrival, I mentioned that it was my mom’s birthday, and they made her feel special with a lovely coffee and champagne gift. Thank you for such wonderful service! We’ll definitely be recommending your hotel!

The only thing that needs some attention is the water pipes in the bathroom. Obviously the building is a bit old so the bathroom can get a bit smelly sometimes.

Great location. After we visited the whole city, we definitely confirmed that the location is awesome. Close to the city center (walking distance) but nice and quiet area with lots of restaurants and food options. Hosts were really great also and helpfull, explained us everything. Breakfast was also nice.

The perfect place to stay in Palermo. Giorgia was the most kind and helpful host. Super easy communication, amazing breakfast, comfortable, modern & clean room. Also, location was perfect. Nothing - it was perfect!

I absolutely cannot fault this place - Giorgia was the perfect hostess! Not only did she welcome me with a slice of home made cake fresh from the oven, she was also more than happy to make recommendations and was just really lovely! The room was bright, clean and comfortable and the location was ideal - about a minute's walk from Teatro Politeama and the bus stop for the airport shuttle. I loved the view of Politeama and the mountains from the balcony! The included breakfast was also wonderful and included some home made pastries.
