The bed sheets seem dirty. And there was no hot water in the shower. The breakfast is okay.

lovely location. Great view from Balcony. Evening food was good in Restaurant or Bar downstairs. But found the Breakfast poor. unless you went down very early around 7.30 there was no food replenished. It looked dry and cold. Not much choice and same each day.

Just a point for travellers with a car, parking is not on-site, and the area can be busy and therefore convenient parking at certain times may be problematic. We enquired about a taxi to take us the port on the day of our departure, and was informed that we should do this at breakfast the following morning. This turned out to be incorrect. The problem however was quickly resolved by the manager.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a stunning location. The train station was only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was fine, and the staff polite and very friendly. The stay was extremely enjoyable, and we would certainly stay there again. The accommodation represented very good value for money in the Sorrento area.

Well, the terrace where you can have your breakfast is breathtaking, overlooking the magnificent Bay of Naples. The breakfast was excellent with a vast range of pastries, cakes, and for desperate (perhaps boring!) English people there is even a chance to have full English with scrambled eggs and bacon. Katie and his staff are amazing to look after their guests with courtesy and professionalism.

The entrance is not as in the picture. The building and the rooms were in general old. The pillows were very bad, our double bedroom, appeared to be 2 single beds put together. (Not nice for a couple as it separates). Shower also didn’t flush good. In general we found it really expensive for what it was.

They upgraded our room with a room with sea views, which made the stay 10x better! The people that worked there were very nice, and they let us storage our luggage after our check out without extra costs. The breakfast was further really really good! And the terrace with the sea views is really worth it.

Breakfast was good.The location is very front of sea view and the room that was given to us was the top floor with all access to terrace and watching sunrise and denser there was fantastic .

A little isolated. One km walk to train (unreliable) to access other areas. Very few good restaurants nearby (Gusto the exception). Rooms need a refresh. Hotel is often used by school groups.

Views of sea are great. Terrace for breakfast and dinner is fabulous.

Having to carry our bags up one flight was slightly inconvenient, but not that big of a deal. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy. They tried to make it better, but it just needs to be replaced, I think, it sounds like it's worn out. And the outlets in the room were difficult, we plugged our cords into them and because they were old and worn out, the plugs fit loosely into them, so when you let go of the cord, the plugs would back out slightly, and our devices wouldn't charge.

The staff was all great, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, well attended by the staff and a very wide array of food and drink options. Dinner was also fantastic, great table service by the staff and delicioius food. The view from our room was incredible.

For those traveling via public transport, the train station is a 10-15 min walk and this is not in the main Sorrento town (which is two stops ahead) I preferred this since it was quieter and had more local flavour rather than the overly touristic main town

We had a room at the very top of the building which had a lovely large balcony overlooking the bay of Naples but the Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak and we had to go downstairs to use the Wi-Fi.

The location is excellent not far from the station and right above the marina making for incredible views.

Didn't like the location at all. The nearby beach isn't very nice (dirty water, loud bar music, crowded, subpar restaurants with zero vibe) and the trip into main Sorrento is trickier than I thought it'd be; walking isn't too long but it's very unpleasant, the train is a bit dodgy and stops running pretty early and the taxis will rip you off.

There were beautiful views from the hotel. They have an attached restaurant as well with amazing views and even better food. Staff were also really, really nice too
