Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe had an absolutely great stay at Hotel L'Argine Fiorito. Our room offered a beautiful view overlooking the waterfall, which added such a peaceful and charming atmosphere to our visit. The location is perfect—not only is it right in the heart of the village, but it's also a fantastic base for exploring the surrounding area. Breakfast each morning was delightful, with fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this gem!

AustriaIf you have big or many luggages... it would be a bit difficult to get to the hotel.. the Hotel is located in very end of the town so.. you have to bring all your bags and luggages.. it's not a long distance from bus station to the hotel without heavy stuff.. but with? we experienced the HELL :) (coz we had 4 heavy bag/luggages and weather was very humid) other than that.. all goood!
The Hotel is very well maintained and i can see that the owner really takes care of the place. really lovely The room we stayed has very nice view, i think we got no.4, and is very clean, and spacious.. all good!! A/C working perfectly, Big bathroom and everything was perfect. Very calm and relaxing place away from busy Amalfi. also you can enjoy the spots where Equalizer 3 was filmed. :p

United KingdomThe accommodation is at the top of Atrani with a steep climb and then steps to the accommodation. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Host could have been more informative but pleasant enough when chatting.
Beautiful old traditional Italian. Very clean accommodation family run. Basic breakfast very little information given from host.

South KoreaNo complain about the hotel. There is a cute fall located behind hotel. Sometimes it smells like a moss/ pretty wet. Perhaps it was bit strong during our stay because it rained one morning.
Enjoyed our stay. It was a good decision to stay in Atrani. Hotel is cute, decent breakfast, friendly owners. View amazing from balcony. Only 15min walk from hotel to Amalfi coast. Using pedestrian tunnel provides somewhat(still need to walk on the side of the road to cross) safe trip even after sunset. Enjoyed staying in Amalfi coast away from crowd. We used garage nearby to leave our car during the stay. It was pricy but convenient with valet service. Highly recommend to stay in Atrani if you are visiting Amalfi coast but hate crowd.

AustraliaWe absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is right at the back of the village but only a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants and accessible from the main road through the village centre. It's also a 10 minute walk to the beach club in the cove one over from atrani. We easily walked to the hotel in 10 minutes with our suitcases from the ferry terminal in amalfi. The room looks over the town with incredible views of the cliffs on both sides. Room was clean and quiet and the breakfast served was simple and delicious. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Atrani!

United KingdomI liked everything about this place. There was nothing that I didn't like.
The location was good with nice views towards Atrani and the sea. Compared with most of Atrani there was relatively few steps (about 20), which weren't particularly steep! The facilities were nice. Breakfast was typical continental and very nice. Home baked rolls, pastries etc, nice variety of fruit.

United KingdomOnly problem was that there was nowhere to store luguage on day of checkout so we had to keep it with us on the beach. Everything else was great.
What isnt to like? This hotel sits at the top of Atrani with a view down the valley. Absolutely stunning gardens and area. The photos on Booking.com do not do this place justice. If you are looking for a traditional hotel in a small town on the Amalfi coast then this is it!

ItalyThe location is great! It is a small 10-minute hike from the bus stop outside of the city (some stairs included so anyone with luggage be prepared) but it is super tranquil. the owner is friendly and the property is even more beautiful in person. breakfast included pastries, some meats, cheeses, juices, coffee and tea, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and some gluten-free snacks as well. I would definitely stay here again just for the view alone.

United KingdomI would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room and also something hot offered for breakfast. Just croissants, sweet cakes and ham and cheese. However, it was prepared well and good quality produce with some lovely fruit. The bathroom was a little run down and in need of a larger shower as we kept banging our heads and arms on taps and door. The room had a very small tv, but would have liked one English News channel as all in Italian.
We travelled to Atrani after seeing the film The Equaliser 3 as it's the little village where is was filmed. It's a very small quiet pretty village with just 600 residents and a ten minute walk to neighbouring village Amalfi - which is much busier and buzzy. The hotel is very traditional and authentic. Family owned and run, the hotel is a 4 minute walk from the centre of Atrani with it's small Piazza and a few restaurants. The hotel is quite basic as you would expect for a 2*, but it is very clean and the owners friendly. It's quaint and a bit quirky but charming too with a river running alongside the hotel. It is perched up high in the village at the bottom of the mountain and has fantastic views of the village and the sea. The restaurant Il Velerio is the BEST in Atrani with well priced dishes and delicious local dishes.
