Well situated, close to all main attractions. Quiet street. The room had all that you needed and was refreshed each morning. Check in and check out was a breeze. They even had a place to store our luggage after check out as our train was later in the afternoon.

The bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. This is hard to find in Italy and was very much appreciated.

The location of the B&B is amazing and the room is very cozy and clean. Luisa also helped me with a birthday card for my husband. Wonderful service! I highly recommend the stay!

The location in town is fantastic but the street cleaners operate very early (before 6am) and wake you up.

Beautifully finished room. The breakfast vouchers and discounts at the restaurant were great. My only complaint is that we couldn’t get the coffee machine to work.

Breakfast arranged in nearby café was a bit hard to find on a Sunday, but a nice place with ok serving.

Due to no fault of the hosts I came away with many many mosquito bites. I would highly recommend bringing mosquito repellent if visiting this time of year. Host was apologetic even though it was out of their control.

Louisa was so accommodating throughout our stay and prior. I asked for some wine to be put in the room for my partners birthday, and she did this without hesitation. The room was in a brilliant location and within walking distance of all landmarks including the train station. The room was very clean and stylish. An amazing host and beautiful room would definitely recommend.

Really cozy big room with nice decor and everything you needed. Nice details as a city guide with tips from the host, complementary drinks and breakfast at a bar around the corner. The best room ever I've stayed in in Italy!

It was located in the heart of Pisa. Everything is nearby. The room was perfect for a few nights. The self check-in was quick and nice. The staff of the hotel are amazing and help you with everything.

The only issue is that there is no common area, so if you have to leave the bags before checkin or after checkout, there is no bathroom, or anything to use. Its just the rooms.

Bed was a bit hard for me, but of course this is personal liking. My partner thought it was perfect firmness.

Super cute B&B right in the heart of the city. Room was tastefully decorated with small details, which made it feel like home away from home. Just a 7 minute walk from the Leaning Tower! Made it easy to explore there early in the morning before the crowds arrived. Self check in was easy, with detailed WhatsApp instructions sent by the host. Appreciated the water machine by the entrance with cold water!

It’s definitely the best property we have stayed in Italy! It’s very high level, wonderfully designed, with good-quality materials, very new, spotless and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the centre by all attraction and the leaning tower just 10 min away. And the breakfast is probably in the best cafe in town!

The shower was a bit dirty (the small mold on the walls) and the breakfast was disappointing (it appears to be just a cornetto and cup of coffee in the bar nearby).

The room is clean and nice. Everyone was really nice with me and I felt extremely welcome to stay here. Really appreciate that on New Year's Eve I was gifted a bottle of Prosecco. The location is close to the main attractions and the instructions to get to the room were clear.

Absolutely stunning and cozy room and great location. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and cute balcony. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast in a cafeteria (just few meters from the B&B) that was included was delicious with great coffee. 10/10! Highly recommended!
