A home away from home! Very welcoming, Enzo and his wife, Anna Maria are so informative, helpful and caring. Anna Maria cooks with love and care , she makes her guests feel like they are part of her family.She goes the extra mile for any requests, and makes the best homemade sweets in town! ( The Caprese cake is to die for!) Rooms are very clean you can smell the homeliness and freshness in towels & sheet's . Shops, Market ,Cafes and Metro close by. The roof garden is the final touch after a busy day out , where one can relax in a peaceful atmosphere. Grazie Mille! Anna & Enzo!

It is a beautiful place, very clean, very secure. Enzo and his wife were amazing. They explained everything to us, cooked an amazing breakfast and even fixed a to-go breakfast for us on our departure day because we had an early train!

The only thing to consider is that they start to clean and make breakfest around 7:30am and our room was near the roof terrace so there was a bit noise but we were up early anyway so it did not bother us. Might be bothering if you want to sleep late.

Enzo and his wife were the most welcoming people and made our stay very pleasant. They made us breakfest every morning and it was delicious. The bed was comfy and everything went well. Also the location was great.

The fact of the property being up 4 flights of steps was a little offputting but there is a lift.

Enzo,the proprietor is a friendly man who takes great pride in service. His small team are friendly too. His breakfasts keep one going all day. Location is good, easy enough to walk to the Duomo, the Archeology Museum and the Central Station. It was nice to sit on the roof terrace and chill, away from the noise of the street.

One of the best places we have every stayed at! The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality - the room and the terrace were amazing, the breakfasts (all homemade) were to die for. We will come back whenever we visit Napoli again.

I am not easily pleased and based on the typical reviews I looked for faults. I found none. The hosts Annamaria and Enzo were welcoming and help create a very very pleasant ambience. The staff are friendly and completely efficient. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, although for us the pastries were perhaps over the top. But everything was fresh and well presented. The area for breakfast, and for general use, is a rooftop terrace garden and AnnaMaria has clearly got green fingers. Our room was spacious and its facilities more than sufficient and comfortable (and we stayed for 6 nights).

Fantastic stay. Enzo and Anna Maria were so friendly/ helpful helping us plan our day's while staying with them. Enzo recommended a trip to Procida which we did it was wonderful. The Breakfast was beautiful freshly squeezed juices and homemade cakes. I would recommend taking the Taxi transfer they offer at a cost.. The BNB is tucked away in a quiet street but you're in the thick of the Hussle and Bussle of Naples. It's close to the metro. The room was spotless and the beds comfortable the bed linens were beautiful top quality. The Terrace was such a bonus being able to sit out and have a drink after a long day.I would highly recommend you stay at this property I will be recommending it to family and friends.

Oh what a lovely place to stay in Naples! I would definitely stay here again to enjoy Enzo and Ana Maria’s great hospitality and delicious breakfast. The room was so clean. Location was very good. The b&b amenities are excellent . But there is something about their warmness that stole my heart. I wish a lot of visitors are able to enjoy this great place!

Everything was exceptional - the food, the hospitality, room, cleanliness, and location. Enzo and his wife were absolutely lovely, looked after us well, let us store bags after check-out so that we could do some more sight-seeing and provided a fantastic breakfast ( including a bottle of freshly squeezed fruit juice). I really couldn't recommend La Terrazza ai Miracoli enough. Everyone should stay here when they come to Naples. You feel like you are in the hustle and bustle of Naples when you arrive (around 5 min from Piazza Cavour metro) but because you're on the fourth floor (there is an elevator for which you need 5 cents but Enzo met us and took us up) you feel like you have a bit of a sanctuary. Breakfast is served outside in the courtyard on the same floor. Lovely touches in the bathroom with hotel style items such as shower caps, shampoo, sanitary products plus slippers. We had a great stay and if staying in Naples again would definitely stay here.

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the lovely hosts Enzo and Anna Maria to the comfortable room and location. A real treasure in the heart of Napoli. At our arrival, we were greeted with coffee and delicious croissants! Enzo gave us a map with some useful advice on how to explore the city of Naples (and where to go for the best pizza!) The hosts were beyond exceptional and assisted us in anything we needed. Thank you Enzo and Anna Maria for making us feel so welcomed. We are beyond grateful for the experience and will surely be back to visit.

Peaceful resting place in the heart of Naples. Just a $13 taxi from the airport and train stations. We absolutely loved the breakfast from our hosts. All homemade with care. Easily among one of my favorite meals in my 7 day trip to Italy. Love love loved our host. He was so sweet.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Enzo and Maria are such great humans and made sure we had everything we need. The room was clean, modern and cool with a touch of Italian design. It was just perfect

We arrived late at night, Enzo was so welcoming and he and his wife Annamaria treated us like family. This is the second time we have stayed at this very special B&B which is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you need . The B&B is well positioned, within walking distance to what Naples has to offer and close to the metro, but it is a calm oasis tucked away from the bustle of this fabulous city. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace served by these lovely people, with homemade food and great coffee was a delight . We cannot wait to return . Thank you Enzo and Annamaria for been such gracious hosts.

Everything: location, cleanliness, attention to detail, decor, exceptional breakfast, amazing hosts. We are very grateful to Anamaria and her husband for welcoming us so warmly. We were visiting from three parts of the world, and this place was the perfect option for our three night stay in Napoli with the entire family. You are in The heart of it all in Napoli. For me it was very important to find a place where everyone can feel comfortable and have a terrace, an outdoor option. The bathrooms and all the amenities were so good! Anamaria have us great advice on how to explore Napoli and surroundings. She bakes amazing cakes!! So the breakfast was truly delicious! Thank you for hosting us!!!
