There was no way to arrive from airport without taxi/uber. We walked half of the way and in the end were forced to call them (Giuseppina did warn that it is needed to call taxi) - but for 2km they are taking 20€ which is absurd.

Giuseppina was excellent, appartment very tidy. One of the lowest fares at that time in Fiumicino.

It needs a little more ventilation, as the window cannot be opened the door is the source of air (if u don’t pay for the AC)

You could almost touch the planes from the nearby airport when they fly over the house!

It was a nice room with a very friendly and helpful host. She gave us all the information we asked for. The location was nice and we witnessed a beautiful sunset!

It is much further from the airport than expected, so still a €25 taxi ride for my 4am departure. Google maps suggests it is an hour's walk, so doable, but I think it might be significantly more.

The accommodation is perfectly functional, and the host has gone to the trouble of ensuring there is a European plug socket in the room (many places just have Italian only sockets). There is also a pleasant canal nearby.

you have to take an expensive taxi from the airport to the house (30€ for 5mins driving...) i'm not sure if you can reach there with a bus, we were arriving late night

Could hear another guest snoring through the walls but that's just the nature of shared accommodation.

Good location for the airport, short walk to the bus route. Very helpful and knowledgeable owner who gave advice on the area. Generous toiletry products for use and a nice little balcony.

The only problem is that it might be a little complicated getting there if you don't wanna take a taxi. That said, Giuseppina sends a lot of info though, so with a little attention you get there easily.

My room was very small but pretty and comfortable. Even if there is no AC, the fan was way more than sufficient to sleep comfortably during the last heatwave of this Italian summer. Giuseppina, the owner, is super sweet and helpful.

There was no way to heat food, no microwave, and no electric kettle in my budget reservation. The walls are very thin, you can hear every footsteps of the neighbors.

The owner told how to get from the station, explained in detail. The hotel is very clean!

Access to the place. Other than the 2 flights of stairs, passangers arriving at Fiumicino airport need to be aware that the taxi drivers at the airport operate like a mafia (team) to rip you of. They are not to be trusted. They are dirty/shabby looking, and totally unprofessional. They smoke heavily (even inside their taxis) and they stink. They are very rude and abusive. They will charge you 48 euro for going to this hotel whilst the machines that calculate the expense at the airport say that they should charge you apróximately 13 euro. They made me feel very uncomfortable and scare. It is safer to stay at the airport.

I deduced fromt the pictures and information sent to me by the landlady that the stair case into the room was a small metallic coil stairs. As I was travelling with a large suitcase, I did not think that it will fit on it, nor that I could carry it up and down starirs. I also though that it was far to dangerous (more so with luggage). So I decided not to risk it. I´ve never been to the accomodation itself. Other than that, the landlady seems a lovely and very thorough person. I will also caution people traveling from the airport. Taxi drivers are very unprofesional, dirty and dishonest and they smoke in their cars.

The land lady asked me to pay extra 5 euro for the ac and the ac was useless it doesn’t cool the room+3 euro city charge Check in time is 5pm and check out next day 10am which is absolutely worthless and it's doesn’t value for the money. No nearby public transportation service
