Just what is needed for a long overnight layover at Fiumicino airport. Once you figure out the right bus to take, it's only 20 minutes and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The room was nice and the staff was lovely. Breakfast is included, a small but sufficient selection of pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt. Enough to keep you going until lunch. Enough restaurants nearby to go to for dinner

The location is convenient if you have a flight, but otherwise, there's nothing special about it. The hosts had set the heating extremely high in the room, which was very uncomfortable, causing us to sleep poorly.

The hospitality was incredibly good and friendly! The hosts were really flexible and attent. They answered all our questions, helped us with transportation from the airport and even took us to the airport during night times. Amazing!

Everything was perfect.

The couple managing the accommodation is super kind and welcoming. The communication with them was always great and they took us to the airport very early in the morning for an additional cost. The room is quiet, comfortable, good bed to rest and clean. It's also quite centric with some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We wanted to rest a bit before our early flight and it was perfect. We were also given some sweets before we left to the airport which we really appreciated. Great place to stay in Fiumicino with a very nice couple managing it.

The breakfast is quite simple but it's all good.

The location is good, it's not so far by bus from the airport, it's suitable for a one night stay around the airport area. The room is quite big for one perosn and it's clean. The host is friendly and nice. The room comes with every facility you need.

Not something we didn’t like, but to access the property, you need to ring the bell next to a locked gate. We just didn’t know the logistics prior to arrival.

First of all, the owners are wonderful people… Very friendly, kind, and helpful. Room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Great location, only 10 minutes from the airport. Nice place to stay the night prior to cruise. Breakfast was very good… Coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, and very good croissants and pastries. Would highly recommend this B&B.

It was a pleasure stay here. The location was good for the night before my flight. It is a lovely neighborhood, close to the inlet restaurants and the room was perfect. Stefania and Francesco were wonderful host. I will make this my Fiumicino place to stay from now on!

The room is very small, pretty dark and the walls are thin enough that you can hear what’s going on around you, so it’s really only suitable for a 1-2 night stay. Adding some hooks in the shower for towels would be helpful. Also, not receiving a key and having to call the gate each time you need to enter the house is a bit inconvenient.

Nice, clean room for a short stay, and great value for money. The host was very welcoming as well.
