The location was amazing, right near the ferry port and super easy to get around lake Como. The social aspect of the Hostel was amazing as well, I met lots of cool people.

The showers are small but I knew this from reading previous posts.

I had a great stay here. As I have travelled out of season I had the room to myself, so that was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also had a lovely view from my bedroom window.

In that mixed bed dorm,the gap between the upper bed and lower bed was little. So,people should be very conscious otherwise they may get hurt in the head while sitting on the lower bed.

The staff behaved very nicely. The room was clean and the location was excellent. The room has a big lake view window. Free wifi available in the room.

The noise from the bar/restaurant was a lot, but stopped after midnight, so wasn't too bad.

The food at the restaurant was amazing in the evenings. The room was comfortable and there was enough room for everyone, plus a drawer under the bed where you could put your belongings. The view from the window and the restaurant was outstanding, could not have asked for better. I highly recommend!

The exit door was a bit confusing, because it looks like an emergency exit, maybe put a sign on the door 😉

The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was amazing, to quote my daughter „The best French Fries I ever had!!!“. The view from the rooms onto the lake is amazing!

The heating worked only in the first day. The room should be refurbished, painted light like the other rooms.

when we arrived there was a man using our bathroom. we got worried because our room was supposed to be private. once we talked with the hostel staff they quickly resolved this little problem, but we were sad no one cleaned the bathroom (because the man left it dirty.

the view was perfect, the staff was very nice, the check-in and check-out process was supper quick. another thing that me and my friends loved was the fact that it was a very lively hostel, during both day and night. opposite of the town at night, which is very quiet, the hostel was like where the party was.

The hostel has no facilities for you to have any of your own food. No cutlery, kitchenware, fridge etc. Definitely set up to try get you to eat there the whole time. But given it’s on lake Como still very good value.

First night my bed didn't have fresh sheets, but second night they were nice and clean.

Room with a view! Being right on the lake was so beautiful and so convenient. 5 minute walk to the ferry station and the hostel's restaurant had great prices and solid food. The beds were average hostel beds. Bathrooms are very tight and cleanliness of beds and bathrooms was average for a hostel. Lockers large enough for a 62L backpacking backpack provided with bed and you can purchase a lock from the front desk.

After 10pm the music from the restaurant becomes very loud and you can hear all the noise from the hallways. The showers need a deep clean to remove mold.

The accomodation was very close to ferry. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The bathroom was quite dirty and warm water was extremely limited, so it was pretty easy to run out of it and have to shower with cold water. We didn’t have chains to lock our luggage. However our roommates were super friendly and we didn’t feel unsafe at all. Besides, we were offered bt the staff to leave or most valuable belongings at reception.

Location was stunning, staff was really nice and the restaurant and environment was pretty friendly and welcoming. For the price it is undoubtedly worth it. We had a room with a balcony with lake views and be able to have breakfast there in a warm day felt like a dream.

Rooms are unconfortable. Sheets full of stains bathroom dirty and no place to put anything. For the value we expected a little more. Has the potential but in my opinion doesn't have the will to be better. They're will be allways tourist arriving. Why do better? Better pay extra 50€ and stay at a decnt place.

The staircase and hall area are quite old. There are no curtains for the beds especially in the mixed dormitory. Lack of privacy. No buffet breakfast provided.

The location is near the bus stop and the ferry pier. The restaurant is also very nice. Helpful and friendly front office staffs.
