Lovely, comfortable apartment. The heating was very efficient as we stayed in early January. Great views from the balcony and parking in the garage (a little tricky) We had a problem with the microwave but Claudia replaced it very quickly and she was extremely helpful in recommending places to visit. Communication with her was excellent and it was very easy to use the key code box.

The location was perfect. the apartment was beautiful, Clean and comfortable, the view was breathtaking and incomparable. The host was very easy to reach to ask questions, it was all just a very seamless.

Lovely appartement with great views from balcony. Easy to reach Varenna and port via foot path within 20min (downhill). There are buses if you don't like walking. Close to Vezio Castle. Generally good location. Free garage parking. Perfect communication with host. Easy self check-in. Rubbish segregation.

We didn't dare to use our very new and flashy rental car because of the risk of damage on the open parkings of the village ... So we left the car in the garage and got all the way down (and up!) by feet. 20 - 25 minutes. Quite sporty on the way back up.

The host was sooo very helpful and nice ! She sent a lot of info about things to see, how to get to the appartment, we could ask her anything. She even spoke french, and she sent someone to welcome us when we were struggling to find the appartement. Thanks Claudia ! Also, appartement was spacious and comfortable, pretty view, lots of kitchen equipment... Nice!

Everything was perfect! The view from the balcony is really awesome and much more better than on a photographs. Despite of travelling in February, the temprature inside was quite comfortable and what is important – you may regulate the heating. Anyway – don’t forget the slippers, if you are travelling out of the season :) Separately, I would like to emphasize a good communication with the host – Claudia has shared with us all the information how to get to the apartments, get the keys and explore the neighborhood. Definitely recommend :)

Maybe having one more heater would have been nice, but we didn't ask ourselves, so it's probably on us

Stunning location and the sweetest of hosts :) We stayed there in January, so it was a bit chill at night, but the provided heaters did the trick. We also deeply felt cared about by Claudia. She was there to answer any questions (we were a bit confused with Italian waste sorting) and even teased us with some sunset photos before our arrival :) Would definitely come again when it's warmer!

Walking down to the Town and back to the hill was a bit too tough! If you are not in good shape you might have troubles. If you're using Busses timeschedules didn't work so ask timeschedules from bus drivers they know and are helpfull. Beds wasn't the best.

View from balcany was fantastic! House was clean and had everyrhing you might need. Apartment broker was super helpfull and nice. Small groceryshop is near. Good garage for one car.

That you can’t walk to Varenna easily - I didn’t do much research before coming but don’t let this put you off if your renting a car anyway. Highly recommend Avis at the airport.

Apartment is fabulous. So clean and had everything we could want. It’s lovely and quite there. You need to drive a car if staying here though (unless your into walking) it’s up many many hills/hairpin bends. Taxis are quite hard to come by - although we used one man Stefanio and he was great and cheap. Parking is a nightmare in Varenna - better off getting a taxi and staying out for the day exploring. Claudia the host could not be more welcoming and is always on the other side of a text. She was amazing. Garage to park the car everyday which was brill.

Wish I could have stayed and admired the view longer!

A million dollar view! Incredibly beautiful! I highly recommend this place and the host Claudia was just fantastic. She has offered us a ride up for the check-in and also drove us down when we checked out, also gave us some great recommendations! Apartment is in a beautiful location, there is a good supermarket and two nice restaurants close by. The hike uphill to the apartment is a bit challenging, but manageable :)

This is the most beautiful view in Como. We enjoyed so much sitting at balcony and watching over the lake. The flat is large and has everything for confortable stay. Claudia gave us great tips for sighseeing and we enjoyed all the places. Extra points for having a garage place available which is rare in this region. We will for sure come back to this place.

The property was spacious and comfortable, fitted with everything you needed. The balcony caught the sun throughout the day and the view was just spectacular. Perfect place to watch the sunset.

The road is very dark and curvy at night and hard to handle. You can't do anything in the area without a car since Perlado is far from Varenna and Bellano. On off season there is absolutely nothing to do in Perlado.

The place is beautiful, with a private parking and amazing view of Lake Como. The kitchen is well equipped and the place was clean. The host, Claudia, is very nice and helped us a lot before and while we were staying at the apartment. She sent us a lot of information about main attractions and restaurants in the area. With a car it is easy to travel to near by villages.

The property has everything that you might need - a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a view to die for. The host, Claudia went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She was ready to answer any questions that we might’ve had and gave us a lot of good tips. We had such a lovely time and we would love to go back. The walk is a great workout and the views you’re going to get from it are incredible.

the noise of the heating kept my partner awake but for me it wasn’t a problem with ear plugs. If you are a light sleeper it may bother you.

the property has an amazing view of the lake and mountains. it is spacious for 4 people 2 double rooms and the sofa converts to a bed . The sofa was comfortable and you have a small table to eat at. It is great value for money and I would definitely recommend this place. Claudia was extremely helpful and gave us lots of good advice. She was always quick to respond and when we asked for the shower to be fixed it was dealt with immediately. Excellent service. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. We were even given a bottle of red which was very gratefully received. In fact we liked the wine so much we took a photo of it so we could buy it again ! If you are looking for a place which is great value for money then this is the place for you. Also the flat was lovely and warm! There is a shop nearby which is very convenient. Just a tip if you are staying early feb we found it difficult to find restaurants which were open during the week. It was quite frustrating as on trip advisor they said they were open and then on arrival they were closed. Best to ring ahead!
