Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicWell, if you arrive without the car, everything of the interest is a bit far (1 hour walk to downtown), but if you have a car, this is a perfect option. The breakfast is "just" sweet, maybe at least a bit of a cheese or butter would help a lot, but anyway, it was good :)
Very nice and cosy room in a really calm neighbour of Cagliari. It was really relaxing place far from everything so it was well suited for sleeping and relaxing. Selection of snacks and drinks during all the stay was a very nice bonus, it was also possible to use the fridge. Parking of the rent car was possible at the street in front of the room with no paying or reservation. Communication with the owner was really easy and so was the self-checing of the first day of arrival.

IrelandSorry the above should be written here
The place itself was fine it’s was just that perhaps I misread the distance from the port ?? It’s not close at all .it’s about 7.9 kms and arriving in from Palermo at night then cycling .. gee!! Also, I guess I’m an old fashioned guy, I like the personal touch, to meet someone (I do Airbnb at home so I know) but it was a self-service operation .

PolandThe room was nice but the wardrobe and the furniture on the balcony were broken. The bathroom was okay. There wasn't a variety of choices for breakfast but it was enough. Overall this place is good for a one night stay. It's a bit far from the centre of Cagliari.

United Kingdom- travel: as you see in google maps, the property is quite far out. Also buses are fairly rare often with long wait times inbetween so ideally you need a car really - breakfast: it‘s all food that can‘t go bad ie croissants on plastic, individual jams or cornflakes from a dispenser so no fresh fruits; some bottled water and coffee from a capsule machine which was the only good thing for me. No fresh offerings such as fruit or bakery items - employee: they didn‘t speak English so no communication possible really; but the day I was about to leave she was cleaning other rooms, restocking the flat and basically wanted me out asap, knocking on my door before 10 and again a few minutes later while I was just zipping my luggage. I thought that was really rude and never experienced this anywhere else. I clearly was preparing to leave - wifi: reached the desk area of the room, but not available from my bed; needed to do some work and even while at the desk, it would freeze every now and then, not ideal
- comparatively affordable - other guests were friendly albeit little English - bottled water with breakfast was useful as it‘s very hot all day - there is a small terraced area (however my side had no plastic chair; inly a broken bamboo one at the wider terraced area that also needs cleaning from broken tiles etc)

ItalySelf check in, self breakfast, self everything. Sometimes that's exactly what you require. The neighborhood is worthless, but that's not why one would choose this accomodation. On the other hand, the inside of the house is warm and welcoming, with wooden roofs and parquet floors. Clean, functional, simply excellent choice for staying a few days or just passing by.

PolandAbsolutely terrible smell of a rotten cabbage in the room. On top of that breakfast was the worst i have ever experienced, if one can call the lowest quality crossainys, jam and juice a breakfast. there was even a camera in the kitchen, making us feel spied on.
