Everything was perfect - the stylish room, the vast view of the olive orchard, sea & mountains, the gardens, the fantastic breakfast and not least the wonderful hospitality of Rosvanna and her lovely family. It was a memorable visit that I hope can be repeated.

It was perfect…

This was an exceptional accommodation in a beautiful area between Cassibile and Fontaine Bianche. The hosts are the sweetest and kindest folks you will meet in Sicily and the morning breakfast and views of the property were amazing. This was the perfect place to explore Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto and other towns and to relax in the countryside. We will definitely return!!

The apartment is amazing and the hosts Rosvanna and Giovanni go the distance to make the guests feel at home. We especially liked the breakfast, because there were also a lot of hearty options freshly made every morning. Next to that, you have a lot of space to yourself and the apartment is very clean/new. We were there in October, so we only used the airco for some short moments, and it cooled down the appartment quickly. We went to the beach ourselves, but it was clear other guests and families were enjoying the pool as well.

The breakfast was very delicious with a lot of options, including home made Sicilian delicacies, pastries, and pizza. Our hosts were always friendly and kind with us giving us recommendations of restaurants, beaches and places to see. The hotel is managed by a lovely Sicilian couple who take great care of the property and all of their guests. The swimming pool and plants around the property are beautiful creating a serene and relaxing environment for guests. The bedroom was immaculately clean with plenty of amenities including a coffee machine, fridge, stove and cutlery. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back in the future!

Breakfast was incredible. The hosts made every morning unique by making local dishes for us to enjoy. We sat outside with a lovely view over the mountains and olive trees. Room was very clean and kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Outdoor space with table was very cozy at night.

Bring some mosquito spray if you like hanging out outside after dark. Other than that, it was a very lovely stay.

Beautiful apartment in a charming little town near the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast spread was always great. Hosts are very kind and welcoming, we felt very comfortable.

There is not a lot within walking distance of the site, although there is plenty nearby if you have a car.

Breakfast was excellent - a highlight of our stay. The site is fabulous, the pool excellent and the hosts are genuinely friendly. A great place for a break away from the usual routine. Well placed to visit various places on the eastern part of the island.

Setting and modern facilities were designed for complete privacy and spaciousness. A small number (4) of chic suites made it intimate; the surroundings of beautiful gardens, orchards, and rolling countryside made it idyllic. It's easy to spend an entire day relaxing yet convenient and easy to get to nearby sites. The hosts were warm, welcoming, fun, friendly and informative. Their breakfast feasts magnifico, freshly prepared of ingredients from the gardens and impossible to pass up.

Staying at Le Cave Di Fontaine Bianche provided our first taste of Sicily. The hosts Rozvanna and Giovanni enriched our experience by their warm welcome and great hospitality. Breakfast was delicious with different local foods offered every day for us to try. It was a peaceful place to return to after exploring Siracusa, Ragusa and Noto. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we needed available.

Everything was perfect!

From arrival I felt like I was visiting a long lost friend. We had a wonderful 10 days. The ‘cave’ is an ideal location for visiting the south and East coasts. Both Noto and Syracusa are only 20 mins away and you have to visit Taormina only just over an hour away. I have never been so relaxed on holiday. Everything has been thought of. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Good quality toiletries provided too. Rosanna and Giovanni are superb hosts and couldn’t have done anything better. The breakfasts are magnificent, genuine home cooked Sicilian food but fear I may have gained several extra pounds as a result. The recommendations for restaurants and places to visit have been perfect. The whole home is beautiful. We were genuinely sorry to leave. I can recommend it to anyone, young, old or families. Just perfect.

We had a wonderful time. The hosts, Rosvanna & Giovani, are amazing and very helpful! We could ask them anything. They made us feel very welcome. Above all, the breakfast was the best. Every morning we got our fair share of Italian food, local delicacies and great coffee. The rooms are very clean and the bed of high quality. We would highly recommend this place if want to have a relaxed experience surrounded by a big garden and nice swimming pool!
