From time to time we had a sewage smell in one of the bathrooms

It was our second stay at Le Dine Verdi and both times we enjoyed it. I like the place Pineta that is not as crowded as the central part of the town. The facilities are very well maintained, you get at your arrival all necessary supplies to survive at least for 3 days without rushing to a shop to buy toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, bin bags similar. Nice welcoming people - tnx Davide😀 Nice new option to use bikes provided by property for free.

Bit far from the center

Very nice, clean, well kept and equipped apartments! The area is with safe parking possibility, heated pool, lot of green and playground for smaller kids. Beach in a distance of 300m. The manager/owner Davide is a TOP person!

Some shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas at sea beach even for money. Headbangs to low ceiling in bedrooms. Nearby restaurants are not enchanting. Go to “Taverna” in Cortilazzo.

A very well cared place with 8-10 apartments relatively separated. A nice pool. Close vicinity to a pine forest and the sandy beach. Personnel have done a great work to clean everything. Even spider webs were removed. Not much noise from others. Good beds. Nice bird songs. Careful mosquito isolation. Enough parking. Enough sunbeds at pool.

Davide, the owner, was friendly and very helpful. You've got everything you need to enjoy your time off, clean house and high standard. Clean and spacious swimming poll. Geniualy I would highly recommend this place if anyone looking for great standard. Bikes are also available for the guests, which is a benefit for an activity and ride around the area. It's only 5 minutes away from the beach.

We really enjoyed the stay there since it had a pool and the apartment was very clean and comfortable and Davide was very kind , we enjoyed it so much we considered going there again and you should to. It's wonderful.

WiFi did not work very well so we basicle could watch only 5 TV channels from TV.

Exceptional house, clean, everything new, swimming pool, quiet, you can hear the sea which is very close. The bus stop is right in front of the house. We had an individual house, we relaxed and slept well. I found everything at the accommodation.

To be a perfect 10.... .The WiFi isn't great and the apartment could do with somewhere to hang your coats, a tablecloth and waste bins in the bathrooms. But these are only observations.

The apartment is luxurious with a high level of comfort. Davide was extremely helpful. Lots of outside space and a beautiful swimming area. Also, secure off-road parking.

We have been there at the end of September, so it was after season. Shops were closed and 1 or 2 restaurants opened.

Quiet, comfortable, cozy place with garden and pool. Short distance to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The best thing was that there is the playground for children, a lot of space for small feet.

We had a great time here! Davide, the host, was so helpful, he lent us 2 bikes for our whole stay, he looked for our lost items by the pool, and he helped us with directions and all questions about the area. The house was so beautiful, clean, and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the sea was very close, and our pool was very nice, clean , and always had spare sunbeds that were waiting for us! We were also given sunbeds by the sea automatically. A little bufe by the beach and a little supermarket, fish market and bakery were all within walking distance. We had a great time here with 2 little children!
