Unfortunately we were given a room with staff quarters only one metre away from our room which meant we had to listen to the constant smashing of the door as it opened and closed. This door can be opened and closed in complete silence but the staff took great joy in slamming it constantly, even waking us up at night. This did affect our holiday. We even had a shared balcony with these staff who would smoke just next to our patio doors filling the room with cigarette smoke! Perhaps this room should not be let to paying customers in the future.

The property was very luxurious in places and a little rundown in others. The view from the breakfast room was magnificent and breakfast was lovely.

Walls could be soundproofed, we were disturbed by the people opposite and a woman on her phone for hours. Dogs in the valley and mosquitoes were a real nuisance.

Lovely staff in a beautiful location. The view was excellent and the therme very relaxing.

Just wow resort that includes spa, termal pool. Next to Ischia Porto, hotel provides a free shuttle bus, specious room (we stayed in 210), unbelievable views

We enjoyed everything about the hotel

The property is quiet and beautiful! The atmosphere is peaceful with gorgeous views. The shuttle to and from the port area is a bonus and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The staff Wes very helpful.

A little further away from shops and restaurants but thet offered complimentary shuttle service into town so it wasn't a problem at all

Beautiful hotel with stunning sea views. Our room was fabulous. Great location bus stop right outside the door to get all around the island. Also free shuttle to and from port but times are limited for this service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good variety at breakfast.

The rules about when and where/when you could order and eat food were a bit over-strict. Limited casual/snack options instead of always in the restaurant.

Location- beautiful views, idyllic private pontoon. And right on the bus routes so getting round the island was easy. Lots of lovely public space to use - terraces, poolside etc. Staff were very helpful and cared about the experience of their guests.

Our air con wasn’t working and it was very hot but the staff moved us quickly to fix the situation, even upgrading our daughters so we could remain on the same floor.

A lovely hotel in a quiet but convenient location with immaculately clean rooms, a great spa, lovely pool and sea bathing platform and a great restaurant. We loved our stay here and would very happily return.

Although the spa staff were adorable, the spa facilities and services didn’t live up their potential. Regarding the hotel, there were a few minor maintenance lapses (like burnt out lightbulbs) that could be attended to.

Location and view were exceptional. The hotel and restaurant staff were attentive and resourceful (especially Dario in the restaurant.) Our rooms were clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The dock and beach area were fantastic with beautiful clear water and sandy bottom beach. The outdoor pool and indoor spa areas were fabulous. The breakfast buffet and restaurant food were excellent.

The breakfast was satisfactory but unexceptional, varied little from day to day, and featured few hot dishes other than scrambled eggs and bacon. Not enough pool towels. Bus-dependent location.

Outstanding customer service ,see view and foods, we had twice a dinner at the outdoor restaurant. Outstanding taxi service , thank you Gianni to be so kind.
