Best host and apartment ever!

Theres nothing to add…. breakfast is very simple but tasty. Could be butter in the fridge in the morning.

I fully recommend this acommodation. The owner Marco was very lovely, kind, friendly and very helpful young man. Lady cleaner Michaela was also very helpful with warm welcome. Around the corner at Via della Giuliana is unique Popeyes Pizza little place which we loved.

The first night was very cold because the windows are right next to the bed, and they are very old and don't close tightly. The noise is also very noticeable, and we kept waking up from the sounds outside. One day there were some construction works, and it was extremely loud from 8 to 11 in the morning. Additionally, the doors slam very loudly, and the soundproofing is so poor that we had to be as quiet as possible, even whispering while talking. This is a major downside of these apartments. We were also unlucky with public transportation, as we couldn't leave at all because it simply never arrived. It might have been due to strikes, but we never figured it out, so we ended up walking or taking taxis instead.

Breakfast is made only from sweet things (homemade tart, croissants, Nutella, jam, juice and milk), they are tasty, but some salted products miss, at least some prosciutto and butter. A/C needs cleaning.

The suite was very spacious, very clean, high ceilings, very nice building. The rooms are all on the same hallway, with a shared kitchen. Very cosy atmosphere, the Moka machine always ready for a good Italian coffee. Marco's mother was really nice, she made the check-in and offered us fresh coffee and her tasty apricot tart. The location is nice, safe, old Italian neighbourhood with typical Mediteranean architecture, 15 minutes walk from Basilica di San Pietro and 30 minutes în taxi from Fiumicino Airport. Very good mattress, hard, I slept like a baby.

The WiFi signal in my room was very weak however, I don't know if it depends on my phone

The house looks very clean and furnished nicely. We booked a room with private toilet, which was also clean. The communication by WhatsApp was fast, even before the trip, and the check in went smooth, without waiting too long outside the property. The location is good. It is close to the Vatican and metro station Ottaviano. The area is quite at night, considering how noisy is usually in Rome. Only noise was from the workers cleaning the road and taking the garbage away. The breakfast was nicely set on the table. I would have appreciate some fresh fruits available as well. I would have definitely enjoyed staying longer. The customer service was really good and the house makes you feel comfortable.

The home cooked cakes were lovely and the fridge well stocked with juices and jams etc, yoghurt, and cereal would have been a great addition.

Marco was super helpful and available to arrange airport taxis and later checkout. It is a family run home in a residential area with lots of excellent restaurants and bars nearby. What is special and unique about staying here is you are looked after by Marco and his Mum who are lovely. Because it is 3 bedrooms off a central kitchen/diner you meet other guests from all over the world which adds to a great experience.

The breakfast is quite basic but you likely want to have that room for all the great food you’ll be trying in Rome.

Guest service was fantastic. When we had any issues, guest services responded timely and appropriately. They use WhatsApp so it’s really easy to get in touch with them.

very bad smell from the waste pipe in the toilet, even can’t keep bathroom door open. No wine glasses in kitchen.

excellent location. Marco is a very friendly and helpful host. room cleaned every day. Breakfast in room is more like coffee and cakes than a full breakfast but it is a nice feature. You can get a very good coffee across the road. Overall very nice and friendly place to stay in Rome.

Street was a bit noisy and there is no sound proofing on the windows. No reception. For check-in, you have to arrange a time for the host to meet you. If you're arriving at night, you have to pay extra. It would be nice to have a self check-in option.

Clean and well decorated room with a comfortable bed. There are 3 rooms overall with a shared kitchen. Kitchen is free to use and stocked daily with some pastries, coffee/tea and juice as a breakfast. The fridge is shared. There is heating and AC in the room. Location is very convenient, close to the metro station and the vatican. Hosts were friendly and I enjoyed the stay overall.

We are very pleased with our stay in Le Stanze di Pietro, it's a beautiful clean apartment in the heart of Rome, the kindest Marco who answered our inquiries. Super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, everything clean and fragrant, delicious coffee and a light breakfast in the morning. We recommend it to everyone, we will definitely come back . Cozy family hotel. Marco is the great host, waited for us even we arrived a bit late. Close to Vatican City. not crowded area as rest of touristic places in Rome. highly recommended.

We liked everything but a couple of comfortable chairs in bedroom would be wonderful after a long day sightseeing and maybe a short leaflet available on public transport locally.

Great location and host arranged taxi for us on arrival and departure ( paid by guests of course but very helpful) host was available online to answer any queries very promptly. Great coffee shop directly across the road. Extremely clean.
