Excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This area in Ortigia is a no driving zone. The staff instructed me to drive to their hotel, and then arranged a valet service to take and park my car for the night. Very easy.

Although there are parking arrangements available… (contracted valet service ) it’s going to run you 25 euros a day … a little steep in my opinion … and you have to give them 1 hour notice for pickup or delivery. We loved the location so much we dealt with this minor inconvenience.

Walking distance to everything the island has to offer (shopping … restaurants … boat tours … and historical landmarks)

Located in the middle of Ortigia, only minutes away from basically anything. Very good communication with the staff which was impeccable. your breakfast is actually located in one of the nice squares of Ortigia, close to the hotel, with a view!!

If you’re sensitive to smells, ask them not to spray scent in your room when they clean. It’s a very strong smell.

The location is brilliant, junior suite with private terrace is perfect for breakfast or late afternoon rest outside, spotless room, very quiet. The front office staff are delightful and extremely helpful. They were responsive to questions before we arrived, arranged taxis, recommended restaurants and reservations for us.

Not related to the accommodation, but the valet car parking service used in Ortigia was a big let down. Definately do your research on how and where to store your vehicle when staying in Ortigia.
