We got an upgraded room, so we had a wonderful design room. The whole hotel is great, the breakfast was rich, enough parking spaces, personal very kind and helpful. Thank you! We will come back!

THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING TO FULL CAPACITY IN OUR BEDROOM. REPORTED TWICE BUT WAS NOT FIXED. THEY TRIED WITH NO SUCCESS.

Our room air conditioning was weak, at best.

The location in Borgo Nuovo was very convenient for our visit. The hotel has free on site parking as well as paid underground parking. Pets are allowed. We had a free buffet breakfast with our roomwhich was fine with hit and cold items available. Our updated room was very clean, bathroom was spacious. Staff was helpful. There were several area for sitting in lobby and bar area.

Two negative points in our personal experience 1) AC did not work in our room. I called reception to report the problem and I was told someone would come a few minutes later to take a look. Sadly nobody bothered to come and ended up sleeping in a stuffy room. 2) This part may sound like a joke and to be fair it was not necessarily the hotel's fault and it was more the result of a previous guest's stupidity and bad taste. Howver, I have to question the hotel's thouroughness when cleaning. After taking a shower the bathroom got steamy and we could see the following message written in the bathroom: "I will kill you". Although we understood it was a bad joke from somebody, it is not the kind of thing one wants to read in a bathroom hotel at midnight. I am attaching a photo for reference (not the best quality but you can see I am not making this up). The hotel was great in all honesty but these two experiences left us leaving with a bitter taste in ojr mouths.

Very close to the city center. Free parking. Outside of ZTL zone, perfect if you arrive by car and need a place outside of the restricted area. Fast wifi. Comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom.

It's 25-30 minutes walk to city centre but there are many bus routes around to city centre, train station....

The staff was nice apart from one situation where they told me it was OK to park outside on the public parking spaces. I even showed them the picture of my parked car and the signs near to it. The car was later towed and I had to pay a large fee. The weird part is that the police came to the hotel to ask about the car from my country and the reception did not try to contact their guests from that country to try to stop them.

Everything regarding accommodation was good. Breakfast and room are according to my expectations.

Lovely hotel, room was excellent and so big! Good location if you’re happy walking but would recommend staying a little closer to Verona itself if you want to be nearer the main spots. Staff were great on check-in and out. Breakfast was okay.

had a bit of an issue with finding the car parking as wasn’t visible from the road where you turn down the hotel, but once found it was easy to park.
