One of the worst hotels I have visited, it shouldn’t be 4 start, but 1. AC doesn’t work, it’s like a fan Fridge doesn’t cold Bathroom has lot of broken walls and the shower hose need to be repaired because it’s leaking and has halls, no shower curtain all water goes out. No enough soap in the room, they don’t refill it. Doesn’t worth the money Elevators are weird, when they stop, after 5 seconds they go a bit higher when the door is open

Staff was very cold from the start, probably judged us from the first moment for being bikers. Also did not smile at all. Room was quite retro style. Breakfast staff was very slow, there was no bread/pastry, ham, cheese for almost 20 minutes. We had to ask the server personally. The hotel is quite far from the Center. This was no 4* experience

A/c not working. 12euros taxi to city centre. I had money missing from my bag £400( I know should not leave it in the room). The hotel was completely not carrying. Refuse to show me the records- who was entering my room.

I booked a Twin Room and was given a Double - so we had to change room, where we had no room card for a few hours. A 4 Star hotel that had neither water, fridge or Tea/coffee facilities.

Front desk staff allowed the biggest passenger bus I have seen to block access between the entrance and the parking both when it was loading and unloading baggage. This saved the drivers 10m carrying the bags. Buy a trolley!

Breakfast room is crowded with a low ceiling, very noisy, and the food looked like it had been sourced at the lowest possible price. ALSO, did not like the deceptive marketing of whether the breakfast was included in the room price.

The walls are paper thin. Everything is heard through the walls, very noisy hotel and highly inappropriate for families traveling with a baby. Uncomfortable stiff bed sheets, bad smell in bathroom and unhelpful as my complaint has been dismissed by the staff. Was not 4 star standard at all.

Booked double bed and got 2 single beds put together. Uncomfortable mattress and cold buffet for bkfast. Very little staff also so you can see that they were under pressure during bkfast.

The hotel is outdated,old carpeting all-around.The rooms are wannabe modern ,there is almost no lightning and there is not one closet just two steel tables..We couldn't get good sleep because the windows are not sound proof and you can hear outside traffic in your room all night.Brekfast was poor.All the hotel is smelly like dump cigarettes.When we complain about the noise at 4.30in the morning,they didn't care at all.

Didn't like anything much....only good thing was free parking.There is a good Japanese restaurant nearby.

The street the hotel is on is noisey, definately not sound proofed enough. Could here chatting from room upstairs and traffic on the road. Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower was terrible. Restaurant food was not great.

Bar tender and waiter were lovely and chatted to us very easily. Beautiful cot was made up for baby.

The room was uncomfortable and very hot. Window needed to be completely open to help ventilate the room which made the room very light overnight. Air conditioning was not effective
