Good location in San Giovanni, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Felt safe for a solo female traveller. Comfortable room, and basic but perfectly adequate breakfast each day. Bottled water and juices in the mini fridge was a welcome touch. Giulio was a very friendly and helpful host. There were a few crumbs on the floor from the previous guest’s stay but otherwise the room was clean and nicely decorated.

I know some will say the lift to reach the apartment, but I understand this is a very prime classic residential apartment for families , so it's understandable

I like the efficiency of the host, always prompty and ready for all your requests and needs, house is clean, and have a little amenity like coffe machine for expresso or cup of coffee, tea, juice and water, really thoughtful!

Nice and cosy room is an independent part (you can lock the the door, the individual and spacious bathroom with a shower is included) of a flat in an eight-story building. Great for one person, for two maybe a little bit tiny. The fridge is extremely small. There are a coffeemaker and electric kettle with wide selection of teabags. Crackers, various jams and honey are prepared every day (no fresh pastry or bread, everything is long-life). Cleaning every day. Tastefully decorated, the double bed is really great and comfortable! Not far from the Laterano Basilica, the quarter is safe and clean.

Clean, air-conditioned room in a good, safe location & excellent staff! Rooms cleaned even on sunday! I was very comfortable & it was such a relief to come to my cold room after a day of scavenging Rome.

The shower is relatively small, there is no shelf for shower gel or soap and the door does not close properly.

The room is comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is prepared the night before for the next morning, and a small fridge has cold milk, juice, butter, yogurt and small snacks. The historic center is a 10-15 minute walk away. If I were to stay in Rome again, I would choose this accommodation again.

Very kind host, clean room, regularly cleaned, air conditioning works flawlessly. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, close to the metro, and within walking distance to the Colosseum. Shops, restaurants, everything you need nearby.

A short walk from the Colosseum in an area with a few bars, eateries & useful shops. It is also close to two Metro stations, which is very easy to use. I had looked at lots of other places & this was by far the best value for money. The guy who showed us in was very friendly & helpful. Communication before our arrival was excellent too. The accommodation was clean, peaceful & comfortable with a small fridge, a safe & breakfast facilities. Perfect for a city break without breaking the bank or being miles from everything. The air con was also very effective.

Clean apartment in a convenient position, small but enough for me. Nice neighborhood with restaurants around, close to the metro station and Colosseum. Tasty and rich breakfast with many options, salty and sweet, even if it was prepared and served in the room from the previous day. The owner was very kind and gave me a solution with my back bag the last day until my departure time. I am very satisfied with my choice.

Very nice room - and really quiet area. The personnel was really helpful - especially on the day we came, where the elevator was out of order. They took our luggage to our room on 8th floor. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. And several buses nearby - although they sometimes were a little unstable.
