The room was very cozy and quiet, with everything i needed. The bed realy comfortable with a small desk for me to write. Very nice decorated and very clean!!! There was a shared kitchen were i could make coffee and prepare lunch. Although my reservation did not include breakfast, they had croissants, crackers and coffee, which was great. Very quiet neighborhood and with a metro station nearby and bus stations also.

Mattress was a bit softer than I’d like (personal preference) and the lift was occasionally stuck in another floor.

Nice and spacious room, looks even better in person than in the pictures. Staff were friendly and made sure checkin was easy. Great value and will stay again when next in Rome.

Very clean and warm. The owners are really nice. Great contact with them. We got water and sweet snacks. It is near to the train station. Very good location. I was in a different accommodation in Rome, but I would recommend this one the most.

Our flight was deleyed and we arrived on location late (03.25 in the morning) but the host gave us self checkin instructions and we entered the room in a minute. We had a good rest, a nice shower and was ready for the 18's km we had, on foot, in Rome. For us everything was as planned and expected.

we liked the room and the proximity to Roma Termini, the metro and the many affordable restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. the directions to get into the apartment were clear and access was easy.

1.Outside of hotel is normal in Rome where must be watch out careful 2. Pick pocket chances are high in closer by metro area which is typical in Rome

Kitchen is there but is quite uncomfortable to use it. Its very small and not well equiped, guest do have to wait for each other to use it. Would be better to have a small fridge and coffie maker kn the room. There is a big construction work just in front of the builduing but we were lucky to stay the weekend so the work was kn hold.

The stuff was very resposive. Very clean and spacious room. It is beautiful.

The room was on the 4th floor of the building and sometimes the elevator was not working. The staff were kind and welcoming but they could not speak well English or Italian.

The property was really clean and it was located too close to the train & metro stations. It was so comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

The interior of the building needs a lot of work. For those a looking for breakfast it isn’t really much. Not an issue for us as we aren’t breakfast people.

The hotel location was good, close to public transport and a walkable distance away from the Coliseum. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, even offering us to store our suitcases for free on the day of our departure in the hotel if we want to explore some more before we leave Rome, which considering it's proximity to Termini is a great offer. The rooms were clean and contained all the amenities. The room had a beautiful view of the old Rome streets through the window.

The Internet is very slow

It’s in a good location, within walking distance to buses and a train station and only one stop away from Termini, 3 bus stops to Colosseum. The host provided bottled water generously & breakfast. Room is clean. Milk, coffee, a coffee machine, and some cooking facilities are available. Staff are helpful and responsive

Beautiful building and flat. The location is very good and a market is very close. The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice, we demanded a stove and tomorrow the staff bring us a stove.
