Honestly, we were a little disappointed by the apartment. There was a bit of an unpleasant smell, which we couldn’t really place. The entire apartment seemed not as light and spacious as we expected from the photos. The kitchen was rather small, and the table and chairs, of which one almost fell apart, we’re located in front of the doorway. Moreover, the bed was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress and the duvet was not inside of a closed cover, but just in between some loose sheets. Lastly, we experienced that the shower turned cold quite quickly when both taking a shower subsequently.

The communication was very clear and on time. The staff was friendly and flexible with check-in times, and we could leave our luggage there when we picked up our car after checking out. The apartment is located just inside of the ZLT zone, and close to the train station and other public transport stops. You can walk into the old city centre within 5 to 10 minutes and explore the city by foot.

Backed on to an unpicturesque inner courtyard/alleyway that was noisy at time with vehicles backing in or restaurants dumping big bins of clanging bottles. Bed not as good as other places. Good to have AC, but the fan blew directly onto our faces in the bed. Important to know that reception closes at 6 - we glossed over this but it became a bit of a problem when our train was late. We had to whats app them copies of our passport and they sent code to get into building (but because we didn't have wifi at the time, we didn't receive at first and so we were scrambling a bit til we found someone nearby to help us contact the hotel owner by phone and they talked them through the code etc to get us in). All was well in the end, but keep in mind as you plan your travel times.

Clean, decently stocked with wine glasses, plates, fridge, kettle etc - enough to allow us to store and make breakfast in the room each morning. Great location for seeing sights of Turin. Lovely hallway/stairs. Very helpful reception. provided additional amenities when we asked; helped us secure tickets for museums. Quiet in the halls at night. Met expectations set by reading previous reviews.

the noise from outside. sure, the location of this hotel is right in the center. But the restaurant within this apartment complex common area, had constant glass bottle recycling trucks coming in for morning around 7-9am and afternoon around 2-3pm. we could not sleep during this time since hundreds of bottles were being transported to the truck and it sounds too close to us. not a pleasant sound either.

staff who checked us in was absolutely lovely and nice. apartment was in really great condition. we stayed only 2 nights but would be a great choice for monthly residents as well since they have everything. microwave, kitchen facilities including scissor, wine opener and stuff. Our room was all modern and updated. way better than pictures in the booking.com. for sure ! loved it. Big shower/wc. oh! also bed was big/long enough for 187cm tall person and two of us fit with enough room on each sides. Bed itself is on the harder side but sleeping was comfortable! i also loved the enough lighting. very bright. many lamps and stands. Also lots of sunlight during the day :)

The hot water disappeared a few times. The staff member came and switched it on but it went off again and again. The last shower we had to take in another room. It was a problem but the staff solved it.

The location was wonderful. Just a few steps from the shopping streets, museums, restaurants and etc It was very comfortable to access the property without a reception in the beginning because we arrived late and tired next morning we went to reception and check in.

they didn´t clean the room or change towells for 4 days, 3 night!!!!! Also we asked for some coffe capsules for the coffe machine and she didn´t give it to us . the recepcionist wasn´t nice we asked for some toilet paper because they didn´t check it for 2 days and she gave it but with a bad face!!!!

For example, they ask guests to wash their dishes or otherwise will be charged €25. On the other hand they state that all the apartments are sanitized and disinfected. So either dishware in the apartment was actually washed by a previous guest OR they really washed it after they made guest wash it first. Both scenarios would be ridiculous.

Location. Apartment itself was nice but it felt weird because of all the rules and warnings around the apartment which made us feel unwelcome.

This was the third time we were there. The place is excellente for a short or long stay. Close to all facilities and there is a small parking that has to be reserved in advance.
