A bigger seating space in the room would have been nice, but for the value I can live with a slightly smaller room and just use the common space to work/write/hang out.

This place is spotless. I mean, they were constantly cleaning common areas and the room itself was wonderfully clean. It's also located at one of my favorite piazzas yet is still quiet inside. Staff was fantastic and the price was great. Highly recommended.

At €12, the breakfast was good but shouldn't be more than maybe €8. Items needed to be replenished but weren't while we were. I expected a little better from such a fantastic hotel.

Beautiful big room. Bed was fantastic. Amazing piazza view. After a brief check-in issue, which was almost devastating for me, the staff went over and above to make our stay wonderful. They even brought up a bottle of champagne. This is a 15th century building brought into the 21st century beautifully!

The shower configuration was hard to maneuver since the tub was so narrow. could have used a ramp into the hotel.

The location was excellent along with an incredible staff. Kiera at the front desk went above and beyond. Luca was fantastic helping with breakfast every morning and was very attentive. loved the fact that we could get our water bottles refilled at all hours. The decor of the hotel was so magnificent. We would definitely stay again. Unbelievable value!

The shower was very small and there was no place you can put soap/shampoo rather than on the floor.

If for you breakfast means a coffee and a Cornetto (or small panino) the breakfast is too expensive. You can find better deals one or two blocks away. The staff was amazing but something you need to know is that this hotel is about a relax experience, a vacation, not a marathon. The personalized attention was AMAZING for us but we did saw some people a little bit anxious due to having to wait a little bit for their turn.

We loved the style of the hotel and the room (the room was fantastic, the desk, the bed and the old-fashioned bathroom were a great combination between fancy and comfortable). You can tell the designer cares about details. The location was also a highlight as well as the kind staff!

The shower is tiny, I'm average size and could hardly move inside, it's very disturbing. Annoying and loud constant ventilation noise from the inner part of the hotel, room is not soundproof.

I honestly couldn’t fault the hotel for the price of the room.

The photos really do not do this hotel justice, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff, when we return to Florence this is where we will stay.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the major sites but far enough away from the duomo that there aren’t crowds of people right outside the door. Beautiful classic interior with modern amenities and the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. We got to listen to music two of the nights from the MusArt festival held in the piazza right outside which was an added bonus.

View could have been better and the range of mid-day snacks/drinks could have been a little more extensive, breakfast was nice though fairly limited and the exact same every morning.

Lovely hotel and location, perfect for being amongst the city. room was lovely clean and extremely well air conditioned which was a huge bonus given the heat - staff were lovely.
