Everything other than the broken air conditioner is fantastic! Because of the beautiful location, I could have everything that I expected, beautiful oceN views, good beach access, nice restaurants! My child loved the shuttle.

Pool was amazing, location was perfect. It only took a call to get the cart, or if thw cart wasn't running the walk was not bad. We loved the view and the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Pool and pool area lovely, although having music would have been nice as a bit quiet. Views from breakfast terrace were exceptional. Shuttle from town to hotel is a great idea. Drivers were always friendly and willing to help.

ItalyThe pool was shallow and salt water which didn't provide a refreshing escape from the brutal heat- though I still enjoyed it. Also, the staff only seemed to *sometimes* offer shuttles down to the taxis/buses when it came time to leave; other times they would call a third-party company to take you down for an extra cost.
The hotel was cute and situated in a lovely area of Ischia with a great view of the sea and Capri off in the distance. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Norwaythe shower. every time we took a shower the bathroom floor got all wet as there was no good solution there. The room could also have a small fridge to keep cold water.
Fantastic staff, very helpful and friendly. very good location with a beautiful breakfast view. sant’Angelo was beautiful and it is a big plus that the hotel organizes shuttle to and back from the beach for free each time. we had a fantastic room with a sea view.

AustraliaThe beds are uncomfortable and the hotel in general is a little old and in need of some renovations. The pool is also incredibly hot and kept at 33-36 degrees (indicated on a sign by the pool). This is probably lovely in the colder months but in the middle of a heatwave in peak summer, the pool is absolutely not useable (which is a shame because the poolside area is lovely). Also keep in mind Ischia is an expensive place to transfer to — for two people, 50€ ferry from Naples, 25€ taxi from Forio to St Angelo (where hotel is located) and then the hotel charge you 9€ for two pieces of luggage to go up in the shuttle to the hotel. And that’s just one way!
Great views from our room and the hotel in general, there’s the free shuttle service to take you up and down the narrow winding roads (hotel is up on the mountain, village and restaurants down below by the beach) — although be mindful there are set time frames for when the shuttle is available. Staff were all very lovely. We were treated to a delightful room upgrade and Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon!

BulgariaThe hotel is a bit far and it’s on high, especially in the hot hours it’s very hard to walk on this highs when the sun is burning you.
The hotel was lovely, with great view. The hotel staff was amazing, the guys are there ready to help you with everything, also very polite. We were using mostly the pool as the sea water was too cold, and the temperature in the pool was constantly warm which is great.

Breakfasts are fresh with a fairly varied selection, the breakfast window is convenient from 7:30 to 11 am The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Sant'Angelo beach or Fumarolle beach. During the day, the hotel staff can provide trasfer on request in electric cars similar to those used in golf. The hotel is clean and regularly cleaned. We liked our stay at Hotel Loreley
