There was no hairdryer in my room that came with a private bathroom, but I wouldn’t consider it a problem with the accommodation. 😂

It is family owned and the staff were super sweet and friendly. It was also a fantastic location as it’s only a few minutes from the main train station and also in the historical center of Florence. I was a young female solo traveler and I felt very safe in my accommodation.

1. The cleaning condition of room and bathroom (I found a lot and long human hair) and some stains on the bed sheets. 2. There are many noises from the corridors. 3. Weird key policy (every time you exit the hotel you have to give back the keys to the reception and take it back when you return), but the reception is close during the night, so you can't enter or exit the hotel after 1am.

The location is perfect to explore Firenze and the price was low comparing to other hotels for the period I visited.

The location was really good as it was close to all sightseengs, but also it was quiet at night. We really liked room inside, there was enough space, it was warm and the bathroom was really nice.

This is a family-run hotel, so it doesn't meet the typical hotel standards found in North America. It's more akin to a motel or a B&B. Be aware of the house rules. While it has a convenient location, that's about the only positive aspect.

They have strange rules, like to give them key every time when you are living hotel, nor only give, but also put in public spase. It is strange, and they can nor explain why, they only repeat that rule for everyone, also the rooms have strange design like prison. I didn't recomend to book that hotel

The real situation is not match with the pictures on Booking. It’s like really old family hotel. There are a lot of bars downstairs so a little bit noisy during midnight. The linen will be changed two days once. If you have heavy luggages it would be bit difficult to carry to the reception desk. Lots of reminders in the room pretty annoying. You need to give the key to the reception desk once you go out of the hotel. No idea why, feeling unsafe.

The only good point is about the location, it’s close to all the attractions in Florence.

Where to start? Roberto "don't worry I work here" was obsessed with the air conditioning and how guests use it. Most horrifying was when my daughter returned to our room having forgotten something, to find Roberto in it "don't worry I work here". It was not acceptable. He was caught out and she was scared.

The only thing to like about this property is how close it is to the train station and the duomo.

Close to the centre of town and the train station. Very easy to get to from the airport a cheap tram ride away. Wonderful cathedral and medieval bridge to visit. Just a perfect.
