Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

While the breakfast was enjoyable, it was the same every day with limited options for savory dishes. Additionally, the space between the bathtub and the ceiling in the bathroom is quite narrow, about a meter, which felt a bit impractical. It would be great to consider these aspects for a more comfortable experience.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the location is ideal.

Shower is quite small and one large blanket for two people was bit annoying for me. There was no vegetables for breakfast but the food was tasty and ok.
Very kind and friendly stuff, room was clean, what is the most important, and hotel was quite at night. Perfect location for start of hiking.

Unfortunately there are no kids zone or common space for hangout with friends and snack your own food and drinks. Mostly sweet breakfast, no veggies.
Perfect location, right next to the ski lift. Bar in the lobby offers good beer and music selection. Delicious croissants and pastry on breakfast. Little cute grocery store in the hotel building.

The breakfast is ok for 1-2 days, but we missed some fruits and vegetables. The options should be changed a bit from day to day as it gets very boring to eat exactly the same each and every day.
Nice hotel in a nice sorrounding, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. We found good dinner option at exactly 1km from the hotel, so it was a short walking distance which was absoutely fine. The bar of the hotel offers good choices and we received small bites (ham, pizza pieces, chips etc.) after each round which was great. Great bike rental option just across the street.

Some fresh fruit and eggs for breakfast would be great.
Very comfortable hotel, right in front of the ski lift and a ski rental place. The room was comfortable, warm and very clean. The hotel offers a storage room for skis and ski boots The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. We booked almost last minute in a busy period and did not have high expectations because of a rather low price (compared to other places which were still available). Instead, we were very positively surprised and would definitely stay there again.
