Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThere should be tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a small fridge. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I had a large suitcase and there were quite a few stairs to climb to get into the hotel, and no one offering help and no lift. The photos of breakfast on Booking.com are no longer relevant - the hotel does not offer breakfast as an option anymore.
The room was a good size. There was a blanket in the cupboard, rather than just a sheet, so i was warm enough. Reception is staffed from 6am to midnight.

LithuaniaBad plumbing – very difficult to regulate water temperature. There was also visible dust on the walls and ceiling, and the shower cabin was not clean. Lack of noise isolation.
Good location. Very friendly staff, helped us with everything we needed and made us feel welcome. Working TV. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels.

RomaniaThe room was a bit small and they gave us twin beds instead of a single double bed.
The location was very central, near a lot of stores and the central train station. The personnel was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was very clean. The overall hotel was in a good shape and clean.

GermanyThere was an incredible smell of smoke in the room, and it was unbearable to stay there. Even after 5 hours with the window open, the smell didn't go away. It felt as if someone had been smoking marijuana cigarettes. At night, it was very cold because the windows couldn't be completely closed. We also didn't receive a remote for the climate control to make it a bit warmer. Honestly, 2 stars are not deserved.
The location near metro station(3 min). The personal at the reception very friendly, they had permitted us to keep our luggage for a few hours after check in.

SingaporeNo lift from main entrance at level 1 to the reception at level 2, need to climb up a shallow staircase to level 2. Within the hotel, no lift for us to go up to the rooms at level 3, again need to climb a shallow staircase between level 2 and 3.
The location is good.

MaltaThis is an old Hotel that needs some good refurbishment. Linen and towels were always clean but the shower has mould on the tiles, and the sink and shower mixers looks like 100 years old. Also, the hotel is on the firsr floor and there is no lift so keep in mind that a stairs will welcome you when you arrive.
The Hotel is next to Loreto Metro Station, so location is perfect.

United KingdomRoom was fairly tight, especially the shower and bathroom in general, the room windows opened onto a fairly main road and the aircon was an additional fee which made it a little uncomfortable, there was a celling fan which added some relief but it did make a constant noise.
A hotel which was within a stones throw from a metro station which was bonus given we wanted to visit the San Siro which made it very accessible, there was a number of restaurants which were all very highly rated and of varying cuisines.

United KingdomCertainly the bed. The air conditioning unit cannot be operated from inside the room, you have to ask at reception to have it switched on/off. The insulation from the outside is good because of double glazing and the fact that the window faces a sort of internal court, so little or no traffic noise comes through. However, the door and walls are not insulated and noise from the corridor and your neighbouring guests can be annoying. Provision of toiletries is at a bare minimum, with a little piece of soap, a tub of shower/shampoo gel, one very small and one large towel. Few appliances are patched up and feel a bit wonky.
Transport wise an excellent location, 2 minutes from the Loreto station with two different tube lines, plus several buses. A large supermarket open 8.00 am to 10.00 pm round the corner, plus convenience stores, cafes and restaurants dotted all around. Five minutes walk from Corso Buenos Aires where you can find everything else, including the Elfo theatre. 24h reception, although between midnight and 6.00 am you have to call a local number to be opened the door. Room service - if you don't leave too late they will tidy up and do the bed. There ia a large window in the room and the windowless bathroom is not too small.
