Facility exceeds normal B&B standards. Close to Napoli Centrale. If not for the 10 euro charge for the post-check out luggage deposit, I’d give it a solid 10.

The constant noise of the Napolitan traffic was a bit annoying, but thankfully the owner has fitted a thick glass door on the balcony, so it's quiet in the room.

Perfect location, right next to the bus and train station. 15 minutes walk to the old town 'Centro Storico'. The room was super clean, nice marbled floor. The bed was very comfortable. The room had good lighting, a tv and air conditioning which I didn't use, but I'm sure it's handy in the summer. The hostess was very kind, and on my last day even let me leave my suitcase in the reception until the time came to get my flight.

Check in was not great at all, we weren’t sent any instructions and arrived to a locked door with no way to contact them except through booking.com, when we went out later that night another couple were in the same scenario, they need to sort this out

Location was excellent as we had an early morning train and the room was great too even though it was a touch small, we appreciated the mini bar too when we arrived

It's quite close to the central station, which is great for transport links, but the area is a little rough and I had a bit of trouble locating the hotel as there isn't any obvious signage outside - however some lovely Italians on holiday who were staying in the same building helped me find it and that tells you how wonderful Italians can be! Also, unfortunately there is no lift access, so will need to carry luggage up a flight of stairs.

This was truly a luxurious hotel experience -- the room and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities were fabulous (Netflix, fridge, toiletries, fast WiFi and some coffee and snacks in the lobby area)! The staff were also extremely helpful and understanding, I thought I had lost my passport one night (fortunately I found it), but they were very sympathetic and offered to help me file a police complaint in the morning in case I couldn't find it by retracing my steps. They also offered to hold my luggage for the entire day at a cost of just 10 Euros which allowed me to do some extra sightseeing before leaving the city.

Our room was located towards a noisy main street. Little bit difficult to find the entrance to the building.

Nice, clean and modernly decorated B&B on central location. Unfortunately had no time for breakfast due to early check-out at 6AM to get to our flight.

5 minutes from the railway station / metro line 1. Very nice and new interior, comfortable even for 5 persons. Nice and friendly stuff. Outside area doesn't look very safe at the first glance. But don't worry, nothing happens to us and our car. For some fee, you can even keep a lagguage there for couple of hours (we paid like 15€ for 5 hours - 6 lagguges) all seems to be safe.

The couple who owned the place waited for me til I arrived at 00:30. The place was only 10 mins by taxi from the airport and 4 minutes walk to Napoli Centrale Station. The room was very clean and modern. Had a really good sleep. Grazie Mille

This place was a paradise in the caotic Napoli. Very clean, quiet and cozy. I highly recommend it for a safe and pleasant stay. The host was also very welcoming and kind. I really appreciated the coffee machine and the fridge in the room

The street entrance is a bit of nerve wreaking without signage or a button to call up. But all is well.

The location is a 5min walk from the train station. Very convenient. Right at the corner of one of the Main Street, but won’t recommend hanging around after dark. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and newly renovated.

- the street to the station is a bit scary - the accommodation is not marked on the bells (can't be found, luckily they were nice neighbors) - hot water sometimes flowed sometimes not (when it flowed, a small stream of water)

- the room is new, modern, clean - we were able to leave our suitcases at the reception before check in - small refreshments in common areas

Nobody speaks English. Very noisy and small room. It is not a motel. It is old flat changed for room for rent. Extra charge for late check-in. They send info about 15 EUR, staff ask for 20 in cash.
