Owner should label/print near the front door : LupenIII and a phone to call! Was difficult to reach the owner. WiFi was weak in the room.

A small sign out front so you know you are in the right place would be good. Tea/coffee kettle is always a good idea as no breakfast available

Although a little hard to find it was in a good position, hop skip and jump to nice restaurants. And good night life. Across the road from train station without the noise. Short walk to cruise port bus. The apartment manager was informative and caring

It did have an elevator but you still had to climb 8-10 stairs to get to the elevator. Not the owners fault but should be told in description.

It would be great if they had an electric coffee maker over the room table 😀 as many places in Italy have.

It is a basic room with a big bathroom, very comfortable and clean. It is in 3 minutes walking from the train station and the city 6 euros bus inside the cruise terminal. Behind the building is the beautiful boardwalk and beach. If you're interested in sandy beach, the town of Santa Martinella one stop by train 1.40 euros. Thanks for doing your best to fix the internet issue. After that, it works great.

Our own refrigerator, you had to share one and would have been much more convenient.

The free breakfast was excellent , we are Americans but ate like Italians, it is served a block away at the Cargo 40 restaurant so you get your morning exercise, and excellent coffee and a croissant to die for. The Cargo 40 offers convenience store items and the gelato was yummy. Also, you are right by the ocean, a short walk away you have the choice of many outstanding restaurants, we ate there every evening and each one was very special. Finally, there was a couple room issues and Nicholas, our greeter, promptly resolved them. Nicholas, we also want the thank you for helping us with our luggage and answering all our questions.

Difficult to find when we arrived very late after a 3 hour delay on arrival .

Breakfast was a voucher for a shop nearby, for one coffee plus one pastry, very limited choice. I know it is for free and am not ungrateful, but it is not a very nice experience.

Location was great. Extremely close to the train station yet does not have the noise from the trains. Super close to the beach, cafes and nice restaurants. Has everything I need; interestingly decorated, very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. It feels like something between an AirBnB and a hotel, which is exactly what I like.

It took a bit to find the place.

The location is great. You are on the beach above a bunch of restaurants. It is across the street from the train station and a 5 minute bus ride from the cruise port. Our room was quiet and decorated with anime. The owner explained that access and breakfast instructions in good enough English.

Locations was fine and beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very small with only 1 croissant and 1 small cappuccino. We would have liked more of both.
