Toilet: water is not adequate, smell

The location is really good. Everywhere is close, metro, the centre and all. The price is fair, I was not expecting miracles but unfortunately the apartment is far from clean. The toilet smells bad and shower. The staff didn’t speak good english and it was difficult to communicate, over the phone too. It says that you can leave your luggage at the reception after 3pm but unfortunately the workers said we can only leave it until 1pm. Also, be careful because they will charge you additionally for “city taxes”.

Property needs a make over. TV not working. Both remote controls had no batteries. Code for door didn't work and despite calling the number the person didn't believe we were putting the code in correctly. Luckily a man seen our problem and sorted it. Code was incorrect.

The door is only unlocked with a code and the machine was malfunctioning. We were 100% sure we were putting the right code and it appeared as error. We were locked out for almost 3 hours, from midnight to almost 3 am. We were only able to get it open because some guests staying in other apartments had similar problems and gave us a number to call and we got an emergency code to unlock the door. We called the host numerous times and even though it was late we should have gotten a response.

The apartment was good, nothing bad to say about that.

There were no staff on reception when we arrived despite us arriving before 9.30 as requested. Entry was via a link emailed to us so make sure your phone stays charged. Could not connect to WiFi despite being sent about 6 different passwords. Very basic facilities. Good values for location but in hindsight, the Metro system in Milan is great and easy to use. You don't need to buy tickets just swipe your bankcard in and out through the turnstiles, so I would recommend finding somewhere to stay away from the main shopping area, and using the metro.

The location was great. A short walk from the Duomo, and it was cheap for the location.

The hotel was very hot, there was no air conditioning. There is no mini fridge in the room. As it is the centre it was very noisy. All night long someone was shouting under the windows that they were smashing

Sofa beds

Sofa Beds are are not comfortable. Hot water in the bathroom during morning time was not regular

There were no heating inside the building! We froze to death when we sleep.

7 people fitted the room. And there were enough kitchen stuff in it.

We were 7 persons, beds were made only for 2 persons, we had to prepare the beds ourselves. The bed was broken. One of the Bed-Sofa was broken. Owner didn't react to that even though I insisted to call twice. Appartment was cold

It was falling apart. Ceiling was covered in discoloration from leaks, bathroom door falling off its hinges only held up by a plastic chair, floor and walls were disgusting, it was just not clean at all. No toilet paper lol.

It was a great location and the people that work there are kind. That’s the only really good thing I can say

I was asking before the trip in a booking chat if I need to take shampoo and shower gel and was guaranteed that that it will be in the room. We found only two pieces of soap. After asking if we can get a shampoo, the administrator offered me to go to the carrefour and buy one for myself, because its Saturday and none gonna buy it for us...

It’s not comfortable for a family. The apartment is small, the elevator is improvised and fits only 2 people, it’s an old building, small bathroom and few amenities. It should be good for one or two people who are willing to stay in a Spartan place for the sake of a convenient location.

It’s extremely well located and near all main attractions in the city. It’s also near the subway station and food/services facilities.

The ground floor apartment didn't have functioning lights and a damp odor

Kamal who was on duty when I checked in was super friendly and helpful. The staff were also patient when I left with the keys by accident and helped me resolve the issue and return the keys
