It wasn't so easy to warm up the room, probably because ceiling is really tall. Breakfast was a bit poor.

Close to the train station and therefore the trains could be heard at times. Not the best soundproof installation, even for cars passing by.

Everything was clean, room was spacious. Bfast is ok. Close to the train station and Pompei ruins if one wants to visit them. Mattresses and pillows are of the highest quality. Bathroom is spacious.

The only negative was the busy road that it is situated on. There were times overnight that it got very noisy with various garbage and delivery trucks coming in to the area. If you are a light sleeper definitely bring ear plugs. I live on a busy main road in the U.K. and near a motorway so I’m used to road noise but this did disturb me.

Immaculate room, with small kitchenette (with washer). Small Juliette balcony and lovely modern bathroom with rainfall shower. Minutes walk from the Pompei ruins train station and entrance with lots of restaurants within a short walk. About 25/30 minutes to modern Pompei centre and amphitheatre entrance. Great for a couple of days to explore the ruins here and at Herculeam (one train stop away).

Nothing major- it’s brand new so just a few minor things- like towel racks to hand towels- AC never really got cool- started at 84- shower drain didn’t quite keep up with shower flow. Toilet paper holder has toilet cleaning brush on it…like I said nothing major

Beautiful property in walking distance to Pompeii entrance and transportation hub. Awesome rain shower. Staff was super nice let me store my luggage there in the morning while I took a tour

The breakfast could have more food options.

The room. It was fabulous. It was big, and all the appliances were new. Also, the hotel location was very close to the Pompeii Scavi, a walkway distance to Pompeii Scavi.

We liked everything. There was nothing that we didn't like.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Location was perfect for us. We were able to take a short walk to enter the Pompeii ruins. It was a short trip to downtown and short walk to a local restaurant.

Our room had patches of damp in the ceiling, and the shower drain overflowed quite badly.

The location was great, and we were able to secure a last minute reservation.

Staff can be more helpful in explaining how the AC system work in the room when showing people around. The hotel was quite dusty when we arrived but it is understandable as there was still renovation work being done when we stayed.

Very well located near Pompeii Archeological Park main entrance and also the train station. However, as a new hotel I think there are plenty of room for improvement. I like the kitchen facilities provided. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Room had blockout curtains and a balcony so I was able to sleep peacefully.

It was dirty. Dirty bed sheets, bathrooms and soiled walls. Broken toilet seat, broken balcony door, smell of sewage, ants due to a jar of open nutella found in a cupboard. General hotel cleanliness terrible. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Super noisy location, every train passage could wake you up! The room was full of ants! They were literally everywhere!! On my bed, in the shower, in the bidet, everywhere!! The toilet did not get clean after they made up the room.

The staff were nice, but they still no attention to the No Disturb sign and knocked 3 different times my door during 6 hours
