Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't have many problems with the noise but sometimes you could hear people speaking in the corridor. If that could be solved somehow, this would be a 10/10 stay.
Perfect location, it's super close to the main train station and also within walking distance to many landmarks in the city. Staff was super nice and kind, you could tell they want you to enjoy your stay and improve their services.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. They helped me with every request I had and I do recommend this place for them as well. However, there were two odd situations where they asked me to enter the room while I was inside. First time was to measure the beadspread (since they needed to know the measurements to buy a similar one) and the second time was because they needed to hang a sign over a wall. I didn't feel bothered but I felt those where two situations that can easily be resolved once I did my checkout.
Location it's perfect for a few days considering that's very close to Termini and the main points of interest (colosseum, Foro Romano, Fontana di Trevi, etc). The room was small but with enough space and have a good sleep. Cleanliness was great, I felt very comfortable with that. The private bathroom was also good. My room had a small working table with a small fridge that was excellent for doing some remote work and saving some Cannolo to snack later. Regarding wifi, altough I never felt any cut, there was sometimes quite slow but enough to do remote work.

The location of the hotel is optimal, next to Termini Station, surrounded with great restaurants and cafés. The honesty of the staff, specially the cleaning lady. She was super kind to us, helped us during our trip with suggestions of what to do, we lost some things during our stay luckily she found them for us. We stayed there for a night and it was good for us.

wi-fi was a bit unreliable - probably because I was at the end of a corridor. Room would have felt crowded for two adults.
Clean. Good location near the railway station. Enough space for a single traveller. Reasonably priced. Staff were happy for me to leave luggage after checkout to be collected later.

Walls are thin…people from the next room decided to party all night and we had no other choice than staying awake with them… We had a little issue with the shower but the staff proposed to us to use other showers from other rooms and in the next day the issue was fixed !
Was really close to everything. 5min from the metro or train station. Neighborhood was nice to walk even at night. The room was clean and we had pretty much everything we needed for 4 days.

the only thing that bothered me was the elevator being too small and hard to fit one person with a bag.
Location was excellent, 5 minutes walking distance to bus terminal. AC was freezing cold which was very important to me. room was tiny but ok for one night. I would recommend it for a short stay.

Restaurants on the street were noisy late into the night but it’s the city and is to be expected!
Great location near Roma Termini train station, restaurants and shopping. Property was clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The room was cleaned each day. This property had a small lift to take you to your floor which was a huge help when bringing in luggage and after a long day of walking around Rome!
