The accommodation was beautiful, really unique decor in a lovely building. Roberto and the other staff were so friendly and helpful over the course of our stay. The rooftop terrace looks over the city to Vesuvius and was a great place to relax in the evenings.

Everything was great with the place we stayed. The only downside is that Naples wasn't as nicely kept city as we were expecting. Other than that everything was great.

The appartment was very nicely renovated and the hospitality from Roberto was exceptional. We will definitely go back if we visit Napoli again.

Magna Home is an amazing place to stay in Naples. The staff is fantastic, the vibe is calm and cool, breakfast homemade, rooms are great and the view from the roof terrace of Vesuv is breath-taking. This is the place to stay in Naples!

Excellent location with rooftops to escape the bustle of the city, relax on and eat breakfast on with fantastic views. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast including home baked cakes. Roberto and Kristel could not have been more friendly and welcoming and gave us really good recommendations of places to visit and eat.

It was so hot when we were there and even with A/C in the room, our boys in the loft did not get any air. In hindsight, we could have stayed in one of their many other rooms that might have suited 4 people better and all could have been cool, if there had been availability.

The property is just as described. Roberto and the owners were quick on their responses, accommodating and friendly. Roberto provided great guidance on what to do, recommendations for the area and made a great cappuccino!

Our stay at Magma Home was exceptional. The staff were amazing. We had to change the time of arrival, however the staff were still accomodating. We received many recommendations from the staff on the best places to go and eat, which made the experience of Naples even better. The location from Magma Home was excellent, a short walk to most things, however still quiet and not crowded. The room was beautiful and unique, and the views from the terrace were stunning. The breakfast was also amazing! 2 nights was not a long enough stay at Naples and Magma Home, we are already planning our trip back!!

Niente

Magma is really an exceptional B&B. Chiara and Caterina really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The property is clean, comfortable, quirkily decorated, and very well placed for central Naples. Two lovely roof terraces with stunning views over the city. Excellent facilities if you want to cook for yourself, and a delicious, generous home-cooked breakfast every morning. But most of all, the human touch - Chiara and Caterina are entirely natural, friendly, considerate hosts.

It would be hard to find a better B&B than this, so it's hard to know where to begin... The rooms are absolutely lovely, with beautiful and carefully-chosen furnishings. Breakfasts are exceptional. Staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is also fantastic: just a walk away from everything, but a little outside the overcrowded historical centre, so it's really quiet and you don't drown in a river of tourists when you step out the front door. It's very easy to see why this was rated so highly in Lonely Planet!

Great location, clean and beautiful. The lovely breakfast at the rooftop terrace with a view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius was one of the highlights of our stay in Naples. We were two families travelling together and staying here was great since we could hang out together in the common kitchen, living room and terrace. The staff was very friendly and helped us find our way around Naples.

Nothing that the owners could control. It was a bit of a walk uphill from the main road, and then it was on the third floor of the building, so it helps to be a bit fit! But it was nice to walk off our dinner every night.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel/hostel. We were welcomed by Caterina with ice cold water (much needed after lugging ourselves and our cases up from the port) and a long list of personalised recommendations for our stay. The room was beautiful, with a large copper bath facing into the bedroom, and a little balcony to relax on. The rooms are decorated eccentrically which suited our style perfectly. The crowning glory of this place, however, is the two roof terraces overlooking the city. The views are incredible, and we took advantage every morning (for the lovely breakfast) and every evening (for a glass of wine before dinner). It was an oasis in a vibrant city.

Amazing home from home. Great to have so much shared space including kitchen for cooking and lounge and roof terrace for relaxing! It's not shared between many rooms either so you are likely to have it to yourself, or can take the time to meet other travellers. Fantastic service with eggs for breakfast cooked to order right in the kitchen of the flat next to the rooms, so it feels more like you are a guest in a home. Would also be a great place to stay with kids.
