We liked the security the most. The room was clean, nice and comfortable and it had a nice bathroom attached. The automatic door lock was very secure . My daughter and I felt very safe at the home and on the street especially at night. The liveliness of the night life on the street below was wonderful to experience! Disliked the distance from the train. We took the train from the airport, then we took a taxi to the home and walk down the alley to get to the apartment. There is a taxi line at the end of the street so it made getting a taxi easy especially on our early morning flight departure. Overall, we had a good experience!

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk safely even late at night. Loredana took great care of us, she is a very friendly and helpful person. Our room was very clean and a good size. If we come to Rome again, we will definitely stay here.

Outstanding property. Location is fantastic - you literally need to just step out of the apartment and be surrounded by all the action of Trastevere - restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. The location is a few steps away from the main road by the river, which makes hailing a cab or Uber easy. The property itself is also wonderful - you get to experience staying in an old-school Rome building while the apartment and rooms themselves are modern and well equipped with all the facilities you would expect. Lastly, the staff, especially Loredana was fantastic and super helpful.

All 3 nights spent in Maison Romana were comfortable. Loredana is a wonderful woman, she contacted me in advance and informed me about passwords and keys. The room was beautiful and clean, warm, the mattress was comfortable. There is a kettle and tea in the room. I want to come back to such a place again:)) Soundproofing is good, you can't hear your neighbors.

Trastevere is a great place to visit for bars and nightlife, but the street party continues until the early hours of the morning on both weekends and weekdays. If you're a light sleeper, to you may want to consider another neighborhood.

Clean and comfortable place in the heart of Trastevere. 20-25 minute walk from most major attractions. We never saw the staff onsite, but they were very helpful and communicative by text. The luggage storage option was a life saver. Thank you!

This wasn’t a big deal for us, but it took a while for the water to get hot in the bathroom sink. We found that if we turned on the shower while the sink water was running, it warmed up a lot quicker, haha. I’m guessing this is a very old, historic building. We loved it.

Clean, modern, and the location was great. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Although I never met the host, the communication was excellent and very helpful with self checkin. Always available. I loved the ceiling. It’s old wood that looks original. Very cool!

Honestly, , nothing.

From the check in to the location, everything was amazing. I can't recommend this highly enough for couples that want to experience Rome and be in the heart of the action.
