Great location with fabulous views of the harbour-very convenient if you are talking boat trips to the islands .Slight noise from the larger boats in the mornings.great value stay- Breakfast was very basic .

The shower screen requires modification as water splashes all over the bathroom. The main sliding door to the room requires adjusting as difficult to lock the door with the key. Major issue.

Location excellent, property very good, I met lovely and friendly the host on the second day.

A lovely view of the port from our balcony. The breakfast was good compared with the typical B&B in Sicily. Coffee and tea in the room too. The host was helpful. We were pleased we could leave our bags at reception for a few hours before we left the town. Location great: 2 min walk to the ferry terminal.

Having to walk up the stairs to the terrace. Parking facility was was ok but the car was not available for short trips/tours.

The breakfast was disappointing, no vegetables, and no fresh pastries. Here they could really improve and then it would be perfect. The apartments are on the 1st floor, in a building with really high roofs and no elevator, so be prepared to struggle a bit when bringing your suitcases.

The position is perfect, as well as the size of the room, the staff was super friendly.

The host told us a few days before she had a problem with the maintenance of the room, she quickly found us a very suitable alternative in the same building. Host communicative on message to support checkin. Less than 5 min walk to the port to get to the Aeolian Islands. Ideal for our 1 night stop before catching an early ferry.

It was a little difficult to find with not many available car parking spaces close to the property.

The room was clean and tidy and is located close to the port and just a few minutes walk from the main centre.

We received excellent service upon arrival and were granted an early check in. Giorgio, the afternoon manager was fantastic and expressed sincere concern and empathy having lost my mobile phone and did the utmost to assist with its retrieval. A stellar effort we’ll beyond his duties. I highly commend this person to management.

The door that separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom was broken and after each shower the water was all over the bathroom :(

The breakfast was served on the rooftop, having a great view to the golf and port. The room was big and was cleaned daily. Very nice view from the room to the port

There was no wifi in our room and no offer to rectify that when we mentioned it. We only needed to check ferry and weather information, but had to go without. Our room didn't have a view - it looked backwards towards a derelict building and some apartments, so we didn't use the balcony and kept the curtains closed.

It was a great place to stay for one night before going to the Eolian Islands. The room was big and felt freshly renovated. The bathroom was very modern. Overall it was very clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace was nice - there wasn't such a great view of the water, but it was lovely to be outside. The main promenade in Milazzo (good for walking along at night) was easy to get to as well.

I stayed in the 'Mare' room which had a balcony and a view over the harbour - great for the beautiful sunrise. The rooftop terrace where breakfast was served was lovely. A great place to stay overnight before heading out to the islands.

The room and bathroom did lack some practicality, no drawers or shelves for clothes, just a few hangers and huge room but small bathroom with an unnecessarily huge sink but when using the toilet your feet are in the shower!? Also the shower could be better, I got used to it. The aircon wasn't powerful enough for the size of the room so never got really cool, just made it manageable.

This particular room was huge and great view and location is good for Milazzo and also getting to the islands by boat. Roof terrace for breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.

Newly refurbished B&B, perfect location by the port to take the ferries to the islands. Rooms are modern and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Marina has been such a lovely host, very friendly and sharing her tips to make our stay a great one! The kids had a superb room with sea view just next to ours. Breakfast is amazing!

We booked 2 x water view rooms and when we checked in we were given 2 rooms overlooking a dirty apartment complex, no water views what so ever, the lady checking us in didn't say anything when she gave us the keys. We went back to reception but she had left, we called her and after some back and forth conversations she returned and said they dont have 2 water view rooms and that it was a mistake from booking.com. We booked these rooms back at the beginning of the year! She offered one of our rooms to be moved the following night but said they were fully booked. There was no apology, the lady was quite rude so we decided not to stay and requested a refund. She did refund us but wanted us to cancel our reservation on booking.com which we refused as it was their fault we were not staying as we didn't get the rooms that were booked. She got quite angry and after a conversation with booking.com we left to find a nicer , friendlier, water view accommodation for our stay.
