The main entrance of the Hotel looks like a Vault. It's dark and dimmed lightning Depressing for me . 4 star Hotel?? Needs update. It was OK for a few days.

Our room was not clean ,there was spiders in the second door which was unlocked when we entered the room , shower was not properly cleaned and the sofa was dirty as in attached photo

Although Parking lot is big other customers did not park well. When arriving late it was difficult to find a spot to park.

The restaurant was closed and there was no bar. Luckily there was a restaurant not far away who fitted us in.

Room was big, clean and bathroom had walk in shower. Breakfast was really good and lady was very helpful.

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The hidden places in the room were not too clean (rubbish under the desk, spider webs behind the door, mold in the shower, horrible additional blankets in the closet that were full of other people's hair, etc.), the reception lobby toilet wasn't very clean .. so a tad too expensive for what you get.

This is by no means a 4star hotel. It may have been once upon a time, however, those days are long gone. It did serve our purpose though as it was conveniently located on our way, was reasonably clean, provided good breakfast (other items along with the usual Italian sweet fare) and parking space.

The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was plenty to choose from. It is 2 minutes walk to the bus station to Modena. 30 minutes to Modena. There is also a restaurant just beside the hotel. The last bus from Modena to this hotel is at 20:20 i think, so i have to be at Modena bus station before the last bus. The hotel was very clean and also they clean it everyday, and even folded my pajamas. They also have a bar. The hotel was a bit quiet i think. I can hear the noise upstairs every evening but i was sleeping good anyway. Thank you to Giacomo he was very helpful with information. Overall i would recommend this hotel. The price of the bus ticket to here was 2.90 and you can use it for 75minutes, so you can use it in any bus to city centre. You can buy it in the bus station. It was convenient enough for me travelling to Modena train station to Bologna for the Cosmoprof as Bologna was fully booked.

The shower, the floor was about to flood. Dark room, not light due to a green curtain on the window.
