Once you get past the remodeling at the entrance and get to the 2nd floor, the suites are extremely nice. Very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable. Only small complaint would be no elevator.

I saw sand and hair in the jacuzzi, my cup for brushing teeth was never washed. Shower gel was already open. Here and there you would find hair. Which is questionable if it’s really fully cleaned or just wiped. The manager cannot speak English but is kind. The guy at the reception was great he knows his job. There was a party downstairs and it was too loud

It's not close to the beach. It is walking distance though. But to be honest, if you want to go to the beach you should go to Mandello not Palermo.

Yari was very good at communicating. The staff has been fantastically helpful during our stay. The location is just perfect if you want to be close to the historic district and the bars and restaurants. The positive thing is that we were a few minutes from the noise which made the room very quiet for a good night sleep.

The outside was run down and it was hard to find. The 43 steps up were hard to navigate with heavy suitcases.

Exterior was a bit of a building site as they were carrying out maintenance although this did not impact our stay.

Amazing location, only a 100m walk to the busy centre of Palermo but also far enough away so there is no noise. The owners were brilliant allowing us a slightly later check in and also a private shuttle service to the airport early in the morning. Perfect location to stay and enjoy the city.

We stayed in the room closest to the reception. We arrived late at night to the hotel and there was a lot of people on the street around the premises.

The receptionist was very pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The location and value are wonderful. The building looks a bit run down from the outside, but once inside everything is modern. Highly recommended and I will be definitely looking to stay here the next time I’m in Palermo.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room had everything you needed, was a good size and well presented. The property was really well located to explore Palermo. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. It was a little noisy at night, but you can expect that when located so centrally. Would definitely stay again.

We rented a room with spa bath, and had a little problem with the bath. But the staff was kind and arranged quickly us new room.

The room and staff was nice. The entrance to the building is from nice historical courtyard, that was authentical.

Size of the room and the bed wasn’t the comfiest

Location location location. The size of the room was small, but as expected for the great location. The staff were all amazing and helped us out more than we expected and can’t be over-stated

Unfortunately some of the area isn't the greatest, but that's Palermo.

The room was modern and clean in an extremely old building. Its behind a non-descript door and you wouldn't imagine that you would find a modern suite there. Its not far from the 4 corners of Palermo, on the fringe of the University. If you drive, you will have to park at the train station as its the closest security lot. Its a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good communication.

My room had a window with the pane missing and when I raised it the staff said that they forgot to tell me and had ordered and were waiting for a new window to arrive. In the eight nights I stayed there the window was not fixed.

The staff sent helpful messages even before I arrived in Palermo. The property is in a great location with lots of lovely cafés and shops nearby. In the ground floor of the building (not linked to Marmur Suite) is an excellent cinema and bistro with great food and very welcoming staff.

The walk-up to the suites can be a bit of a challenge with bags and all, but Giovanni was always there to take care of this for us.
