Well run, clean. GF breakfast produced every morning with a huge range of delights for non GF people too. Charming breakfast staff. Spotlessly clean, modern and quiet hotel. Only slight problem the communal iron needs replacing. A hotel of this standard should really supply ironing equipment in each room.

Francesca and Sonia provided excellent customer service. Stunning spacious clean rooms, great view and bathroom amenities. Mini fridge and coffee facilities provided in the room. There are lifts. Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. The breakfast is amazing with so many options! Great service from the lady there also. Location was about an hour walk to the Vatican and all the popular attractions but there’s public transport at the door. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel near the metro Repubblica and multiple bus lines. We really enjoyed our triple room, which was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly, from the receptionist who recommended great restaurants all over Rome to the housekeeper who took care of our room throughout our stay.

The property is very well located, close to Termini station. Almost everything is in walking distance. ( eg. Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseum)

Rooms are on the small size but adequate. The room was clean and comfortable for the amount of time that we actually spent in the room. We walked to all tourist attractions (except the Vatican), although some might find it a little bit far. I felt that I did get good value for the price that I paid.

Nice clean rooms that are reasonably priced. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. They do not "nickel and dime you" when you request a Capuchino or expresso. Elisa at breakfast was always pleasant and cheerful.

The property is always a great choice while staying in Rome. Close to the repubblica metro and 2 blocks from Roma Termini train station, you can never go wrong. The staff is great! Breakfast has a variety of options. The rooms of the Mascsgni are located on the fourth floor in the building adjacent to the main property with its own breakfast room.

A bit strange if you stay in the Luxury part of the hotel as you are loosing the sense of staying in the Hotel. The room needs a little bit of painting and may by 1-2 paintings in order to be called Luxury.

Very good and practical location if you arrive to Rome by train from airport. Metro and other public transport is just 2 min away. Walking distance to old city. Breakfast is very nice especially if you stay in Luxury part of the hotel. Although there were no Prosecco on Sunday morning...

Location of the hotel is excellent, nearby the central train station and very close to metro station which provides a very helpful transpiration planning. Also 1-2 main sights at a decent waling distance. Generally very good location. Very clean rooms and decent breakfast with an Italian flavour, Staff polite, helpful and professional. Quite also even if it's in a central road. I would stay again in a future visit.

The rooms were located in another building, different from the main entrance. This building has other business located at. To my surprise, there was a lady sleeping at the stairs by night.

The location is very close to the Termini and the subway, and it has many stops on different buses, which is very convenient. The restaurant for the breakfast is small. The breakfast is good.

Our room was in another building next door. It wasn't easy to find but when we went back later for check in a doorman walked us all the way to our room...which we would have NEVER found on our own.

Great location. A few minutes walk to the train station. Close walk to shops and restaurants. You can store your luggage until check in and it will be waiting in your room. Really nice breakfast.
