We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We arrived late at night and left in the morning so spent very little time in the apartment. It was basic, clean and comfortable. Good communication with host for entry instructions.

It's in a brilliant location, very close to the livliest parts of the city without having to climb too many hills! The bed was really comfortable, and their cleaning lady is really lovely and checked in on us every day.

Very comfortable bed 🛌 and immaculate cleaning. Whilst the accommodation is literally, a few private rooms/toilets in a short hallway, the other rooms were quiet. Ours faced an inner courtyard so was quite quiet. The Wifi works well and the shower had great pressure. Excellent location. Also huge compliments for sending my husband his laptop he has forgotten in the room! great comms.

GreeceAn honestly horrible experience overall, avoid at all costs. Luckily we had to stay only for a night. First of all the morning of our arrival the owner of the "hotel" spammed me to send her a photo of our IDs . Obviously it wasn't possible to do so while traveling but she kept asking for the photos. When we arrived at the apartment (in a dirty and noisy neighborhood) we tried to put the password and open the door but we couldn't open it. I contacted the owner and asked if someone could come and open and her answer was "No" and after that she repeated the door password. She also mentioned to open the door as seen in the video -a video she never sent. After many messages she said she would send a colleague to open the door at maximum 10 minutes. She arrived after half an hour. We were waiting all this time outside the apartment and all she seemed to care about was the ID photo and the tax collection. Most of her messages were in Italian, not in English. I don't expect everybody to speak English-I am not a native speaker either- but when you're a business owner you should at least use Google translate to message the client who isn't supposed to speak Italian. She also lied that she was trying to contact me on booking days before our arrival. The only message I received through booking was the day before mentioning only a phone number for the check in. Lastly, the apartment was dirty (we found some hair on the bed sheets - which wasn't ours- and a yellow stain near my pillow, the shower curtain had mold and it is unhygienic to keep the water kettle and the coffee maker inside the bathroom).

Never encountered this as an additional charge before, Just increase the room rate by Euro 5 and keep the goodwill. we had 2 rooms, with one overlooking the street - which was very noisy at night. Location is a short distance from metro as the crow flies, but be warned that this is almost entirely up a lot of stone steps - which was tough with 3 suitcases - so best get a taxi.

we really liked this place, the room was very spacious and clean. we had a cute little balcony that oversees one of napoli’s typical narrow streets. The building has an elevator. The room comes with a little fridge filled with some drinks and snacks that are reasonably priced. The location is very close to the old town, about 5 mins walk to every thing you will need. There are also many little shops next to the building in case you wanna grab something on the way. Air conditioning and comfy bed too. The cleaning lady was also very sweet.
