The room we stayed In was a bit noisy from the balcony from 10 in the morning from the traffic outside.

Amazing stay. Only booked one night but decided to stay another. Staff were very helpful and had a room ready straight away for us.

Absolutely love this hotel. I have stayed here before so I knew the place and facilities were going to be amazing. Staff were very accomdating and let us change rooms when we got there. Room was absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning was good.

Breakfast just a selection of sweet pastries.

Very luxurious for a romantic break. Bed, shower, hot tub and sauna all top notch, and the mirrored ceiling a fun bonus. Close to the Massimo Teatro if you fancy a trip to the opera.

Everything was great. It took a few days to work out the numbered small locked boxes in the entrance hall are for the city tax to be deposited.

1 night in room 1. A very bling/neon decorated room. Excellent jacuzzi and a sauna large enough for 4. A very welcome bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge with water and soft drinks. No balcony for this room. Help yourself coffee and rolls 8-10am inclusive in the entrance hall. 4 nights in room 4. A more soberly decorated room with a smaller jacuzzi and sauna but as with room 1 a separate shower room as well. This room has a balcony which saved on trips down to the street outside as a smoker for the rest of the stay.

The only complaint is that the cleaners moved and rearranged all our belongings moving my suitcase and putting my belongings back in it and putting all my toiletries back in my bag, I realise this is a personal concern and is more feedback as I don’t feel many people would feel comfortable although they may have just been doing their job

The stay was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our trip! Never had such amazing time, everything was clean, amenities were refilled each day, breakfast was amazing and the rooms themselves outstanding. Stayed in many places over the years and this one absolutely is the best.

The room we had stunk of smoke and must of had guests in there smoking in the room before because it made all of our clothes smell and was hard to sleep with the smell becoming to over powering of smoke from cigarettes. We both don’t smoke so it wasn’t nice for us as we are non smokers

The hosts were really lovely and helpful they let us stay longer than the check out time which was really helpful to us as we didn’t have a flight home until the evening. The room is decorated beautifully it’s really amazing

Amazing SPA room, clean and very comfortable. The staff is really caring and responded quick for all needs. Located few steps to the market, opera and best restaurants/bars. Can totally recommend this accommodation!

The room was stunning with an extremely big terrace rather than a balcony! I had the blue room which doesn’t have a sauna but I preferred having the terrace over that. The room was simply Italian class and I will definitely be returning to sample all the rooms! Wonderful place and people.

The breakfast was okay, primarily sweets, but the coffee was delicious. The room was pretty unique, comfortable bed, great shower, but could have cleaned better.

Francesco was there in the mornings and he is lovely and helpful. Butttt the property management is useless. Tv control didnt work. They messaged me to stand closer to the tv. I went and replaced the batteries after a couple of nights and it was fine. The bed mattress is awful, super spongey no support. Its not the kind of place you’’d stay more than 1 night and its quite overpriced for what it is. The breakfasts I paid for were not me friendly when I let them know my dietary requirements several months ago. I also double checked the week before we arrived and they confirmed all was good. However they were completely unprepared and not able to provide Gluten free and Dairy free. Overall this was a disappointment the only good thing was Francesco, he did what he could to make everyone happy.
